I ordered a shoe from them earlier and ran into some difficulties during the process. However, Stepen was persistent in calling back to ensure we completed the transaction. The shoe was delivered on time, and I received exactly what I ordered. Later, there was an issue, and he approached the situation with patience and understanding, even though he had every right to handle it more sternly. He chose kindness and professionalism instead. I will always recommend this shop.

It's so durable, I even saw my mother working with it or using it; she used it for mopping the floor and cleaning behind the house. I asked her, "Were these shoes mine?" She said, "Yes, I found them among your old belongings.Imagine, this shoe has withstood 10 years of play, hours of work, exposure to water and mud, and it's still in perfect condition. Did not have a good experience with this company. Ordered a belt online to go with a pair of shoes. Arrived as a different color than was on their website. The same belt on the Nordstrom website is the accurate color. When I returned I asked if they would refund my $16.50 charge for shipping. They declined saying that was just the current shade. Maybe they should consider updating their photo on their website. So with the return shipping I’m out $27.50 on an $85 dollar belt. The box weighed 1 lb. Not cool.

MensDesigner shoe will treat you solid. There was a shipping issue with UPS (turned out to be a UPS mistake). MDS refunded my money and treated me well in finding another pair of shoes. The customer service is good. They are honest in dealing with customers. I will buy from them again. Highly recommend them.

I had been shopping for a particular pair of shoes for some time when I discovered that they were available at MensDesignerShoe.com. Initially I ordered a pair and listed the shoe size that I normally wear, but I realized that I had previously purchased a pair at my regular shoe size and when they arrived they were too small. I immediately made contact through email and a phone message and asked for a change of shoe size. They got back to me and made the change. The shoes were exactly what I wanted and fit like a glove.

I ordered a pair of Mezlan Quevedo Crocodile Sneaker Blue / Jean (50063-F) and they are a wearable work of art and of the highest quality as I expected from Mezlan, but as impressed as I was by the product I was more impressed by the service. I called to inquire about the purchase and something on my end that was a hold up and I was able to immediately speak with a live human being, no voice jail, no chatbot. He resolved the issue immediately while I was on the phone, and had my shoes to me the next day. Exceptional in every way!

If a certain shoe wasn't available in my size, I received a personal a recommendation on another shoe that met my needs. They do not provide a return label if shoes don't fit. Customer service rep argued with me when I stated my dissatisfaction in the on line company that makes the customer pay Shipping if shoe doesn't fit. The rep hung up on me. I have a 350 dollar pair of shoes that don't fit and no knowledge of how to return them. Very shady business!!!!!

I wanted to buy my husband some really nice shoes and ordered them from Men’s Designer Shoes. There were some issues that I had and needed to return them, the whole process was extremely smooth.
