Complete disaster. Would avoid switching at all costs. Many many technical issues. Tech team are great but I have have several 1 hour calls with them trying to sort issues out.

Son los mayores estafadores ojito con esta gentuza, a mí me llamaron por teléfono se metieron en una página que tenían que hacerme una devolución y resulta que lo que me hicieron fueron jaquearme toda la cuenta.. diciéndome que me tenían que devolver el dinero de la devolución de un importe que había pagado tenían todos los datos de esta devolución y cuando me di cuenta ya me habían estafado 300 euros espero que les llegue todas las quejas que voy a dar más las denuncias que les voy a poner para que devuelvan mis 300 euros por un robo indebido de las criptomonedas algo que yo jamás me hubiera interesado ni me hubiera metido esos 300 euros fueron a parar a un fraude que yo no he cometido
Esos trescientos euros me los tienen que devolver y que se queden ellos con la estafa sin vergüenzas ladrones embusteros deberías de estar condenados de por vida por meteros en unos datos ajenos a ellos

The worst experience I have had with any power company ever. Right from the start to the very end. Even trying to exit is painful. I am close to sending them an invoice for my time I have spent over the last month.

Their network runs even worse than 2G.Worst internet ever I remember using 2g on phone back in the day and trust me 2G internet was better than what service this company provides, can’t even watch a video/ reel peacefully without buffering 😂 lol didn’t know buffering was a thing in 5G age.

Don’t fall into this irresponsible services trap… It’s our day 4 without internet and constant calls with them with no responsibilities taken by them…. 1 star is a lot for them

The free power day rewards is not true. We used our one on Christmas day and checked our daily usage for the month and it looks like the free power was put on other day, which we didn't consume much at all, so they can still be paid for the " FREE POWER DAY " they claim is a reward to their customer. It's an absolute deception.

Appalling customer service for mobile phones. Offered us a deal to switch to them from Spark. Took up the offer. Sent us SIM cards. Put them in phones when spark coverage finished. Nothing worked. Kept blaming spark. Not returning calls when promised. It’s now Xmas Eve and we haven’t had coverage for 5 days !!!!! Disgraceful service. If I could select -5 stars I would.

Rip off merchants
My house was empty and under construction and they charged me $500 for a one month. Im living in the house now and 4 people aren’t even spending half that much per month. I expressed my concerns and they were dismissive and extremely rude. Absolute crooks. Go with Frank energy, a million times better than these hacks.

I gave them the date which I wanted my internet connected, and I was told this would be fine. They ended up connecting me nine days earlier, without notice, and are now charging me for this time. I contacted customer support, and got the most horrific responses where my concerns were ignored, and they just repeated that nothing can be done. When I asked to cancel my account, they stopped replying.

Noticed recently that I have been charged more than originally quoted using The Moving Hub to switch over. Have called multiple times. Still no word back.

Would give minus 5 if I could. This company "fundraises" purely for their own profit via publicity. They will outright LIE to you about contracts to get you on board, they don't care if you're disabled/unable to work/neurodivergent. They will tell you it's your fault that you believed their scam. Don't sign up with them!!

Switched over my power, internet & mobile after a door salesman offered a great bundle. Was happy with transfer, app & rewards seemed really good but unfortunately that's where my positive review ends.

Lots of problems since first bill. They sent me a second modem by mistake (theirs not mine) & I only realised after reading my second bill in full that I'd been charged a $5 fee each time. Long story short, I sent the modem back early October and just today asked why I'm still getting a $5 fee (and still no credit from prev months charges) and the reply was "a credit should show on your account next month".
Fair enough for the credit, I'm fine with that but I'm not paying another $5 fee for something i sent back over a month ago and it was their mistake.

Dont even get me started on their mobile prepay. Sometimes you just shouldn't go for the freebie deal. If it looks too good it probably is! Dropped calls, missing texts and their technical team would only speak to customer care, not me directly so 2hours of answering questions and sending test texts I gave up and switched back to 2 degrees. No. More. Issues.

Honestly, wish I'd ignored that door salesman because this is the worst switch I've ever made. If you've got a good provider don't switch because of a slightly better deal!

They sent the wrong modem which meant we were without any internet for 24 hours which was how long it to mail me out the correct one. Excellent customer service.

I dealt with Jake who was very understanding of my situation and also to the rest of the customer service I have dealt with over the months have made payiny my account off so very easy they don't make you feel bad about missing a payment and I am so greatful they have let me keep my mobile services on as I need them due to health issues so again thankyou so much to the team at Mercury.

The customer service is the most disgraceful thing I have ever experienced. Two different people shouting at you, Liz throwing insults because you don’t understand something.
Avoid at all costs

I am hoping this review will get us somewhere. We moved into a new place, was in a 2 months and received a $1300 bill. (According to them we used almost 4000 units)
We received a letter saying that FOR SOME TIME NOW the reading was wrong. I rang and ask when was the last proper reading? Mercury said they do not know as we moved in 2 months ago (confused? Yes). We disputed it on the 3rd of September and was told not to pay anything till they've sorted this out. It's been a month, we received a bill saying we are overdue!!!. We just want to know the correct reading from the time we moved in
(We kept track of our reading during the month and it is not even close to what they "estimated ".
After this get sorted, we will be moving to a new provider

AFTER 10 PLUS YEARS FINALLY HAVE EXCEPTIONAL INTERNET SPEEDS THAT EXCEED THE ACTUAL SPEED YOU CLAIM.
HAD AN INITIAL HICCUP WHICH WAS FIXED FROM YOUR END IN MINUTES AND EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE FROM THE PHONE TECH CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY FREE SAMSUNG PRODUCT WAS ORDERED NEXT DAY AFTER CONNECTION AAAA++++ SERVICE.

A frustrating experience dealing with this company. I have called them three times each time I had to wait on hold for around half an hour. I'm trying to get electricity connected on an investment property, but they will only give a four-hour window for someone to come out. They really expect someone to wait for four hours and were unwilling be flexible with this. I've called another company, and they have been so much better to deal with. I would not recommend Mercury, while their staff were pleasant, their policy and procedure is designed to give customers a bad experience.
