I had a fantastic experience with Mercury Auto Transport! From the very beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and transparent about the entire process. They took the time to explain each step, provided a fair quote, and matched me with a reliable carrier quickly.

What stood out most was the consistent communication—I always knew where my vehicle was and when to expect it. My car arrived on time and in excellent condition, exactly as promised. The driver was courteous and careful, which gave me extra peace of mind.

I used this company to transport my vehicle from Florida to Connecticut. Initially, they were great to work with—professional and responsive—up until the deposit was received to lock in the pickup date. After that, communication significantly dropped off.

I was given a pickup date and told that there were no other customers scheduled for that day, so a morning pickup should be no problem (which was important because I had a flight that afternoon). However, they wouldn’t officially confirm the appointment until two days prior and said they would email me to confirm. That confirmation never came.

Starting on Friday, I reached out multiple times via phone, text, and email with no response. On the morning of the scheduled pickup, I finally received a call—only to be told they couldn’t make it that morning and would try for the afternoon. Again, no follow-up communication unless I initiated it. Eventually, I was informed the car wouldn’t be picked up until the following day. By then, I had already left, and a neighbor had to step in and handle the handoff.

The initial estimate I was given was $719, which I agreed to when I booked. However, I was later charged $1,000. At that point, I had no other option since it was too late to make other arrangements.

I was told the car would be delivered in two days, and someone would reach out 2–4 hours before delivery. We arranged for someone to be available to pay the remaining balance and receive the vehicle. After numerous attempts to confirm the time, we were finally informed—at 4 PM—that delivery would be delayed until the next morning.

I feel misled by the polite and reassuring communication at the beginning. Unless you have a very flexible schedule and are okay with paying more than the quoted estimate, I would not recommend this company.

Mercury was a great no hassle experience for one that I was nervous about. Very communicative with timely updates. Easy, painless, no issues! Everyone was friendly and informative.

Trevor was very efficient and great communication before during and after my car was shipped. I shipped my car from Pittsburgh to Georgia at a reasonable price! I would highly recommend !

The first time I used Mercury, I really didn’t know much about the Transport business and I’ve come to find out that they have a highly reputable name in the industry and they just seem to do everything right which keeps me coming back to them. My representative.Angelo Pazos follows my Transport and always make sure to connect me with a reputable company. Sometimes I use cover transports and sometimes I use open transport depending upon what car I’m sending but typically I’m sending cars between Florida and California and they’re always on time if not ahead of schedule. A very professional company.

It took me nearly 2 weeks to find the RIGHT company to do the transport.
You have to be really careful when shipping a car from east to west as there are SO MANY scam companies in this business unfortunately.
I am really glad that I did not just take the ones that were cheapest and most aggressive but did my research.
If you want things done correct and not waste time on 100s of texts and emails just pick MERCURY and you will save time and energy.
These guys do what they promote to do and get it done.!!!

Thank you Mercury Transport for a job exceedingly well done in moving our car over 2,000 miles which was less expensive than flying from northern Indiana to southern Texas and driving it back. Kris was fantastic in explaining all the ins and outs of the process of moving our car, what to watch out for from other brokers or companies, how the pricing works and was honest and straight forward. Victor is a hard worker, safe and courteous. Victor deserves high praises as well. At delivery, after watching Victor taking such care and his professionalism, my wife actually cried and hugged him. I know it sounds silly but we were burned by someone else in the past so her emotions just got the best of her. After getting the run-around from a towing company that kept wanting more and more money to do the job as time went on, I contacted Mercury Auto Transport who found a deal that was within my budget. Everything was straight forward, they messaged me every day to assure me they were working to get me a good deal, and when they found the right carrier, it was done right away with no hassles.

Well 1st the price went up from quote then I had a problem after delivery and I contacted them about the transporter/driver they gave the info back to Mediterralien logistics/ owner/driver and he called me and was swearing and I had a threatening feel in that phone call
