Nissan Rogue 2 months before my move. I worked with Jim Gozde and I must admit he took away a lot of my stress in regards to my move across states. During this time I received weekly reminders of what to expect during my vehicle transport. The carrier was very nice and communicated with me during the entire process. I highly recommend Mercury Auto Transport for you car shipping needs

I booked car transport with this company a month in advance of our move. I got daily updates telling me that they were posting and updating our vehicle and that they would let us know when a carrier was available. This happened every day. I called them 3 days before our move and said that if they couldn't get there by 2 pm that Thursday, we would have to leave with our house shipment. That day came and went. I called back and told them no one would be back for 2 weeks. They informed me that there was nothing they could do and that it "wasn't a popular route". At that point I asked how I could be assured they would ever pick up my vehicle. They dropped my contract and left me high and dry. Thanks a lot Mercury. Your company stinks. No apologies whatsoever.

Kris made the process super quick and easy, he set me up with My Time Transport. Pickup and delivery were effortless and my 1996 jeep cherokee arrived a whole day earlier than expected. I won't use anyone else after such a positive experience.

Luis was terrific. Set everything up and was able to easily pivot when we needed a 2 day delay. Vehicle (LC500) was loaded with extreme care and arrived about 24 hours later in perfect condition. Great service at a reasonable price.

Absolutely WONDERFUL experience with Mercury Auto Transport! I received several quotes. Some were lower and quite a few were higher. My first instinct, of course, was to choose the lowest quote, which I did, and as soon as the contract was signed, ZERO communication. I reached out several times via call, email, and text. Nothing. 9 days later I started looking at the other quotes I received. Joe Kelly at Mercury included so much information in his quote which really helped me understand every step of the process. The drop-off in a small town in Alabama presented some challenges because it wasn't a normal route, but my guy Joe came through for me. Joe provided me with updates EVERY SINGLE DAY. 5 days later, my SUV was on its way across the country, and it arrived in the same shape I sent it in. The quote was very reasonable, the process was fast and efficient, and dealing with Joe was the best thing of all. Many, many thanks to Joe! He’s the BEST!

I had an excellent experience shipping with Mercury Auto Transport and had a great experience with my broker Kent Raprager. His communication was excellent and the actual shipper was excellent as well. They stuck to their timeline and the car arrived without issue.
If you're shipping a car, do your research and understand the process. I have shipped many cars, things CAN and may happen; traffic, truck issues and weather are all contributing factors. There is a reason why brokers ask and stress time windows for pick-up, travel and delivery.

Most of the experiences were good, however, there were a number of issues that arose during the process:
1) Got a positive quote very quickly.
2) Departure was delayed due to an issue with another auto on the transport.
3) Finally got underway 2 days later
4) The transport truck developed a problem and had to be replaced.
5) Was able to communicate directly with the truck driver to give instructions to an alternate delivery location.
6) Rain, sleet, ice, and snow complicated the delivery, but it finally happened on a Tuesday night instead of a previous Saturday!
7) The driver was very nice and respectful, and deserved my nice tip.

I would recommend Mercury Auto Transport.

Update from my review of 1/20/25 where my car was being transported from NY to Florida that took NINE days.

Let's continue this fiasco. I just Received two camera speeding tickets in the Bronx on 1/10 and 1/16. The lies you told about the car being broken down in Virginia and then the driver telling me Maryland are just that.... Lies. My car was still in NY on 1/16 even though it was picked up on 1/10.
What were these people doing with my car? Were they committing crimes with my car? Besides the speeding, of course.
Now I have To pay a mechanic to make sure my car is intact. Who knows what went on.
This is an absolute disgrace. A crime was committed and I have To involve the NYPD.
