I purchased an item during the Miniatures for Mental Health Charity event: A custom Miniature on a scenic plinth. The item arrived ahead of schedule and packed very well ensuring that both the mini and the plinth arrived in perfect condition. They also included a few extras in the box (some bits for future projects, sticker and a coupon) along with a handwritten note thanking me for participating in the charity event.
