My book was delivered in good time, and in excellent condition. My one criticism is that the book was previously owned by a smoker, and has a distinct odour. This would have been useful information to have in the item description.

Fantastic quality
The delivery was very fast. The Bureau for International Exchange on my end was very slow. Despite all tampering done by customs, the product was in excellent condition and with enough protection to ensure its safety.

Great service - simple and easy process
Got in touch with Merlins Miniatures via their website to enquire about selling some minis. They came back to me very quickly with a really reasonable quote. Sam was provided all the information and the transaction was smooth. I'll definitely be using them again when it comes to having another clear out!

This is my first time using Merlin Miniatures to sell some items, and I found the whole experience very streamlined and positive.
Sam, from Customer Service, was very responsive in our email conversation, and I feel I was offered a fair price for my items from the first offer. Furthermore, Sam honoured the (now outdated) "20% extra" policy if the offer is taken as store credit because I queried the 10% extra he originally offered. This was very gracious on his part, and it was appreciated.
Overall, I am very happy with the whole interaction and I will be using Merlin Miniatures again to sell my stuff!
