Ya no es lo mismo
Anteriormente, su servicio era más eficiente, me gustaba porque todo encontraba aquí han pasado varios años y cada día van en decadencia, desde el servicio que lo hacen llegar 15 días, después de qué haces la orden hasta los productos en su ausencia, ya no encuentras tanta variedad, y sería muy bueno que tomará en este comentario como para poder sacarlo positivo, una vez más de ustedes.

En el último año hemos enfrentado grandes retos con la importación de nuestros productos, debido a nuevas regulaciones aduaneras. Más del 90% de nuestro catálogo es importado y antes la liberación de cargas tomaba 2-3 días; hoy puede tardar hasta 2 semanas, ser devueltas o incluso decomisadas. Esto ha reducido la variedad de productos disponibles y dificultado mantener inventarios estables.
A pesar de esto, hemos buscado alternativas:
Hemos hecho alianzas con laboratorios como Messo Beyond para seguir ofreciendo opciones.
Asumimos el aumento de más del 15% en aranceles y los incrementos del servicio postal, manteniendo nuestros precios sin cambios y el envío gratis por más de dos años.
Lamentablemente, tuvimos que cerrar nuestra tienda en línea fatburnerszone.com porque los nuevos requisitos hicieron casi imposible continuar con los productos dietarios.
Nuestro compromiso es seguir brindando el mejor servicio y precios posibles, aun en medio de estas dificultades externas que escapan a nuestro control. Solo pedimos a nuestros clientes un poco de paciencia mientras trabajamos cada día para mejorar y continuar sirviéndolos de la mejor manera.
Con la ayuda de Dios y el apoyo de nuestros clientes, seguiremos adelante.

I pay for fast delivery and the delivery did not get fast actually got in the regular days expected with no fast delivery fee.

First, your order was placed on July 3rd after 1 p.m. As clearly stated on our website before checkout: “Please Read Before Checkout: All orders—whether you select Free or Paid Shipping—require 2 or 3 business days for processing and shipping.” This means that although we processed your order as quickly as possible, it was shipped on the next business day, July 7th, due to the July 4th holiday and our weekend closure (Saturday and Sunday).
Your order was shipped on Monday, July 7th, and as expected, you received it on Tuesday, July 8th. We believe that these dates were not fully considered when you left your review, and as a result, the 3-star rating does not fairly reflect the service we provided. We always strive to offer the best possible service and be transparent and timely.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and are here to address any further questions you may have.

Please note that before placing the order, we clearly state on our checkout page that our company requires 2 to 3 business days to process and ship orders. Also, it's important to consider that the weekend following your purchase included a long holiday weekend (Memorial Day), during which both our warehouse and the USPS postal service were closed on Monday.
Your order is already on its way, and as of today—7 days after you placed it, but only 4 business days later—we are still within the normal shipping time frame outlined in our policy.

This situation sometimes occurs when multiple orders are placed at the same time across the six online stores we manage. In rare cases, our inventory system doesn’t sync quickly enough, which allows orders to go through for items that have just sold out.
Please understand that this is something that can happen with any company, especially when stock runs out quickly. When this occurs, we cancel the order to avoid delays and immediately issue a refund.

If you are familiar with Korean vendors that sell it for 75% less, it might have been a better option for you. We believe it’s always best to buy from the source you feel most comfortable with rather than purchasing and leaving a negative review when you were already aware of the cost.
