Not too pleased with order
Packaging wasn’t secure 2 of my bottles were broken. They don’t give you any instructions so far as dosage and how often you should give injections. Not really happy with the product but will try and give it more time to see results but instructions would have been nice.

Different mesotherapy techniques on the market can be used, such as cavitation, electroporation, and ultrasound, with devices such as dampen, smartpen, or even intradermal injection, depending on the license of the person who is going to perform the treatment. We do not have a licensed esthetician; we only sell the products and do not give, suggest, recommend, or assist in their application protocols. The information we share about the products is provided to us by the manufacturers; Basically, it's all about the ingredients and protocols they can use.
Suppose you do not know the application of mesotherapy. In that case, we highly recommend seeking advice from a licensed beautician, since this person, having knowledge of the area to be treated and the problem to be corrected, can suggest an effective protocol for your needs, with an appropriate product, the number of sessions, and the amount of product to apply in each session.

We are sorry to hear that. We do not understand why you did not contact us to let us know the conditions in which you received your purchase. We are aware of this from the review that you left us.
Our company is always ready to solve any problem. With a simple call or an email, you would have let us know what happened, and we would gladly have sent you the broken vials or refunded the money corresponding to the broken vials. But you'd instead make things more difficult for yourself and us by going straight to the reviews.
Please note that we have no control over the postal service's handling of packages after they leave our office. We try to protect shipments so that this does not happen, but such accidents can happen, and as we say, we are willing to solve things so that our customers are happy with our service.
