Mostly fine
I might be happy, but the thin leather jacket was sloppily packed and wrinkled because of it. These wrinkles are permanent. On the other hand, the goods arrived quickly and I have no more complaints.

We're very sorry to learn that your jacket hadn't been wrapped sufficiently but we can assure you that any creases and wrinkles in the leather will drop out. It's a good idea to hang the jacket on a coat hanger (in the bathroom when you're having a bath and the steam will relax the leather and make it more pliable, working any wrinkles out.) Kauft nie bei Metalshop aus der Schweiz ein.
Keine Kommunikation per Mail, musste mir auf Instagram Hilfe holen, wenigstens war die Dame so nett und hat sich darum gekümmert. Erst dann kam eine Antwort. Musste zuerst extrem lange auf die Zustellung warten - Trackingnummer erst auf Anfrage aktualisiert.
Und nun kommt das Beste: Seit einem Monat warte ich auf die Retourbuchung von Metalshop.
Per Mail keine Antwort, wieso es noch nicht zurück gebucht wurde. Musste wieder die Dame von Metalshop EU anfragen - Sie vermittelt gerade zwischen Metalshop CH und mir. Gott Sei dank habe ich Kauf auf Rechung gewählt. Aber auch da ist doof, denn der Gesamtbetrag läuft auf CHF 800.- aus und ich habe nur einen kleinen Teil behalten, das heisst, trotz Beweise, stehe ich da und kann nichts machen. Bin in ständiger Kommunkation zwischen Klarna und Metalshop EU auf Instagram. Was hier genau passiert, keine Ahnung. Ich kann nur hoffen, dass sich das bald klärt.
Ich kaufe hier NIE WIEDER etwas!!!!!

Any 80’s metalhead in search of band merch need to check this place out!
I was searching online for a store that did decent band merch. There were band T-shirts I really wanted, but was unable to find them. This website came up and I quickly found what I was looking for (or at least, most of it.) The ordering process is straightforward, and the delivery wait time was much faster than expected. And I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the T-shirts. I was initially dubious, but the material is strong and the colours are good.
My only complaint would be that a lot of the more unique band T-shirts they have for sale are currently out of stock. I hope their stock is replenished or alternate band designs are released, but I’ll definitely be using these guys again in the future.

Good Selection!
I did a bit of research before ordering from this site, and was initially hesitant due to some of the comments about refunds. But as they were the only shop I could find with the waistcoat that I wanted in my size, I decided to give it a go. After all, its not like I'm planning to return it or anything and the policy is clearly laid out on their website. Shipping was expensive, which is pretty typical for the country I live in, but the item arrived exactly on the day predicted with no fuss. I am now the proud owner of a very cool waistcoat and don't regret a thing! If I ever want another item that seems sold out everywhere, I know where the first place I'll look is!

Very reliable
The website is very easy to use. The options for delivery to Ireland are very good, I'm delighted I got to pick my own courier as some in my location are unreliable. Delivery was super efficient, my order arrived a day early.

I signed up in order to receive a discount and the code never made it to my inbox nor spam so i contacted the customer service which is so damn slow...after 3 days of writing back and forward I received no discount code and I am on the verge of missing another discount because their reply is so slow. Also they never respond to me during working hours. they wrote back to me at 22 on a saturday wth....
Oh and then they ask me to write to them in order to make it up to me and they never write back. Awful customer service!

I like that your web shop has a wide selection of items but my order has taken a long time to arrive. I was promised dispatch within 24 hours of order but it really took over 100 hours. My tracking parcel tracking still dosen’t show me anything.
Edit 29.1.2024: First of all Metalshop sent me the wrong tracking link for the parcel. They sent me the link where you can track PostNL packages only being shipped whithin the Netherlands, not the international ones. I figured this out on the 4th day of nothing happening on the tracking link. Once I reseived my order on 16.1 I discovered they got my order wrong. I had ordered KMM 10 hole combat boots and reseived the 14 hole variant. Even the order list stated the correct product but they still got it wrong. I immediatily sent a complain about this and got a response the next day. Sending the return wasn’t that difficult, but they didn’t state what phone number and email I should attach to the parcel and I waited 4 days for a response. Once I sent the package over on the 23.1 I notified of them about it right away. I have not reseived ANY info about the correct goods being sent nor the refund for the postage that I was promised. This is the worst customer service I have ever gotten. Most second hand sellers have been more profesial than this. I won’t be shoping here anymore.
