I've just moved into my rental apartment and the experience with MGY was super smooth. From the viewings to contract paperwork, everything was always as planned. I've had a few viewings with MGY before finally finding my place and they are a helpful bunch. MGY recently sold a flat for me in Cardiff. It was not the easiest of sales as the apartment block had minor cladding issues, and some lenders would not lend. Without the help and professionalism of Nicky Griffith in the Sales Progression team, I do not think the sale would have progressed. Nicky was proactive in trying to resolve issues as they arose. She was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I cannot praise her highly enough. Further, all the members of the sales team in Cardiff Bay were very approachable and friendly; though a special mention should go to Becky Thompson for finding a buyer quite quickly. Would I use MGY again - Yes. Would I recommend MGY to others - Yes.
