We came across a few problems along the way, but Sophie never gave up or let anything get in the way. She was always one step ahead, thinking of alternative solutions and finding ways around any obstacles to make sure our moving date stayed exactly as planned.

From viewings and references to getting the keys and moving in, we were in our new property within just one week!

Very good service from Ralph and Sheriaz at the Winchmore Hill office. I have a small portfolio of properties and MG have looked after finding me tenants for around 20 years now. The market is more challenging now that it’s ever been but MG still managed to find me the right profile of tenant when the previous tenants decided to move out of one of my properties. I put this particular property on a multi agent contract this time and this actually gave MG the opportunity to demonstrate how professional they are when compared with another agent working a job simultaneously. I can’t stress this point enough, the belt and braces approach applied by MG proved their worth to me. I’d highly recommend Ralph, Sheriaz and MG generally as a company vs other agents working in the area.

My girlfriend and I had a seamless experience renting via Martyn Gerrard. Their team (especially Daniel and Alexia) went above and beyond and even spent 40 minutes on the phone with British Gas to rectify a query we had. I highly recommend using them if you wish to rent, let or buy a property.

Martyn Gerrard manages our small estate of seven properties. The 2025 expenses for service charge were incorrectly overstated to the homeowners by c40%. The 2026 service charges were then increased by more than 25% on the basis of the misstated cost of 2025.
Having requested this be rectified and corrected, with new invoices issued, we are still waiting.
Bin collection services and insurance have been cut off while we wait for corrected service charges. MG is actively disruptive and careless of their responsibility.
