Used MG (Kentish Town) to rent out my one-bed flat on a full-management basis. Anthony is very knowledgeable about the area and up to date with the latest legislation, and he found a tenant on the first day of viewings! Daniel has also been very responsive and helpful throughout the process. I’d highly recommend using MG if you’re looking to rent out a property in the area.

As a potential buyer, I had an unsatisfactory experience during the offer process.

I submitted an offer on a property, and it took more than 72 hours for it to be acknowledged. I was subsequently informed that the seller had decided to withdraw the property from the market. Totally understandable decision.

A day later, I received a letter stating that my offer had been rejected by the sellers, but explicitly inviting me to increase my offer for consideration. Given the earlier information that the property had been withdrawn, I contacted the agency to clarify the status as it didn’t align with our conversation. I was advised abruptly that my offer was still rejected. No apology for the confusing message.

There appeared to be inconsistencies in the communication regarding the property’s status. Clearer and more consistent communication would have been appreciated. I won’t be using them for my property search.

Alex was a very good agent helped with finding viewings in a short amount of time and always called back and checked if everything was going smoothly on our side very happy with how he handled everything for us.
