I brought few masala’s and they are good. Upwas Bhajni flour had extremely strong cumin taste and smell. I had to mix 4-5 times of another flour to use it.

Ordered 3-4 types of flours from MH12foods. I love them all. The quality of product is soooo good. I am very happy with my order. Thank you team.

The flours that I ordered are absolutely fantastic in quality. The only big problem was with the delivery of the parcel which took a total of 2weeks from the date of purchase. I was not expecting such a long wait and became quite inconvenient for me

I love the product. The juwar flour felt freshly ground as my bhakris came out good, even though I am not an expert in making bharis.

It seems the package sent was garam masala.
If not and taste is "your version "of gods masala then apologies but cannot order any more.taste is very personal .does not look like it is for me.
But keeping the flavour different from what is meant to be and actually does not taste like what it is supposed to be is not really worth the money .and money is oxygen of day to day life.cannot really be wasteful with it .

I had ordered a Diwali hamper which got delivered when I was not home. I did not receive any email or text saying the parcel was going to be delivered and later I found out they had delivered to some other address. I check with my neighbour but they didnt have the parcel as well. When I contacted MH12 foods about this they sent my delivery proof and asked me to check with my neighbours. Later, when I messaged them that I didn’t receive and none of my neighbours had the parcel, I didn’t get any reply from their side. Making sure your customer gets what they order is also a part of the business! 27£ wasted!

Your food products are brilliant but unfortunately your system after I have paid for the food is appalling. This is the reason despite such good products I have decided never to order again. Also I feel you should have an official and personal what app number so we can message you and you can conveniently correspond at your preferred time. I become anxious if I do not get a response after paying up and as only a single number is available I corresponded during weekend and I was told not to text during weekend. If this is the response I am sorry to say you will loose a customer like me

Great product!

Excellent delivery time and customer service as always. Great selection of Diwali treats. However the rava laddoos I ordered had gone bad by the time I received them and smelled really awful when I opened the box.
