Good sélection of products and very quick delivery

It’s a special kind of heartache when you’re craving a proper bag of Walkers or a Flake and all you can find are the local alternatives. Moving from the UK to Queensland usually means trading grey skies for sunshine, but the snack situation is a serious adjustment!
As an expat living in Queensland, there are plenty of things I love about Australia, but the "lolly" aisle just doesn't hit the same as a proper British sweet shop. I recently ordered a selection of chocolates and crisps from British Cravings, and I couldn’t be happier!
Even all the way out here in QLD, the shipping was impressive. Everything arrived well-packaged and—most importantly—none of the chocolate had melted in the Aussie heat! There is nothing quite like a taste of home to brighten your week.
If you’re a Brit in Australia (or just someone with excellent taste in snacks), do yourself a favor and get an order in.

I’ve placed two orders and have had bags of crisps missing each time. The resolution the first time was a discount off my next order. Then next time the resolution was a refund for the missing crisps. Not really suitable when paying $100 for postage. I’d prefer to receive what I’ve paid for.

From ordering to delivery there were no hiccups and I was informed at each stage of delivery. Communication is great and I a m of the opinion that if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! Perfection thanks!!

Cannot believe how fast delivery was, even though my part of northeastern pennsylvania was experiencing major weather disruptions. Food was fresh and tasty, a true reminder of home.

I was under the impression that the pie cost $10, but I ended up being billed $64 due to an unreasonable shipping charge. I'm requesting a refund.

Today, DHL sent me an email informing me about my package being delivered. Right after, British Cravings notified me via email that the delivery would actually occur the following day. Trying to clarify, I reached out to British Cravings to find out the accurate delivery date. Unfortunately, I encountered a very unhelpful and impolite customer service team. My simple request was just to confirm a single delivery date to ensure I could be available. After this experience, I have decided not to engage with such unprofessional and discourteous representatives again.

I heard it a $10 pie and was charged $64 for it. You added on a ridiculous shipping fee. I want a refund.
