Do not pay until you have your gsc
I had to ask gas safe itself to get involved with this company. Only after this did they send someone out. Seems the gentleman who came was told only to check one gas appliance in my cafe ? Why would anyone ask for a gsc on half of a Commercial restaurant ?

Failed to repair heater as requested.
Initial visit could not be done as no cherry picker was organised by yourselves. I asked for one of the heaters to be repaired, but not done.
Not quite sure what was done on site as we are in exactly the same situation as we were before the visit.

I can confirm that there was initially a mix-up with the provision of a cherry picker, for which I apologise. We reattended on December 18th with a cherry picker and completed the service on the heater near the WC. However, the service of the faulty heater at the bottom of the warehouse has not been completed yet. We have diagnosed the issue as being with the PCB and are currently preparing a quotation to replace the PCB. Once this heater is repaired, we will complete the service. I can confirm that the job report explaining this, as well as the service record and gas safety certificate, were sent to you.

I used them for my company Greek tings. The engineer was full of knowledge. Very very helpful and did everything he could to answer all of our quesitons and ensure our safety using gas appliances. We will be definately be using them from now on!!!

Unreliable and expensive
They didn't turn up, then they turned up late and missed issues because they were in a rush. They give quotes that are £300 higher than other companies. They don't use any website that has a dispute resolution mechanism so you have no recourse if they don't do a good job. The good point is that the engineers are pleasant and will probably fix your issue as you long as you don't mind when they turn up or the price you pay.

Please don't change appointment times
The engineer was great, but the booking experience was poor. I received repeated notifications that the time of my boiler service had changed, with no consultation beforehand to ask whether this was convenient. When I contacted the office they moved the appointment back to a convenient time, but then it was changed again. Customers have busy lives and it's not fair to keep changing the times of appointments for your own convenience.

A pleasure to have my boiler serviced with this company
Booking an appointment with MHL Services is always easy and the lady at the other end of the phone is helpful and friendly. I had regular updates on the time of arrival even to the last ten minutes to tell me they were on their way.
The boiler engineers are always very friendly and quickly get down to the the job in hand answering any questions i might have clearly. A pleasure to have my boiler serviced with this company.
