Reliable Firm - would recommend
No problems getting an engineer when needed whether for repair or servicing.
Always friendly & helpful and you tend to get the same engineer’s so they know where you are and are familiar with your house/system - particularly useful when in a rural location with a temperamental system in an old cottage!

A trustworthy company
Have used this company for the annual service since they installed the boiler many years ago and once when there was a problem. They are reliable and charge a fair price for the work. The fact that the same engineer has come for a number of years suggests they value their staff who provide excellent service.

MHL's contractors came quickly to access the situation and provided a quote. But after four days of telephone calls, leaving messages and emails requesting to get a date for boiler installation and discuss arrangements I have not received a reply. And I have now been without heat and hot water for THREE WEEKS! And yet you keep asking me to review your services! Something is wrong with this picture.
