Riceverò il mio rimborso?

Ho comprato un robot lavapavimenti a febbraio, si rompe dopo 3 mesi, la casa lo dichiara irriparabile e mi chiedono gli estremi di bonifico per un rimborso (591 euro di robot). Mi hanno detto a inizio luglio che avrei dovuto attendere 15 giorni lavorativi, siamo al 20/08, i giorni sono belli che passati e io non ho visto i miei soldi. L’assistenza ti rimbalza dicendo che non ci sono tempistiche. Alla PEC nessuna risposta. A quanto leggo nelle recensioni non sono l’unico con cui xiaomi si sta comportando così. In ogni caso non mi arrendo.

​Getting this fixed was impossible. Their customer service is designed to make you give up. They send robotic emails, make excuses, and blame everyone but themselves. After multiple calls and emails, a "manager" finally called, admitted my details were wrong on the label, but insisted it was "not a problem."
​Their solution after all this trouble? An insulting £10 voucher. When I refused, they flatly stated they would offer no other compensation.
​Xiaomi doesn't just fail to deliver orders; they mishandle your personal data and then treat you with contempt when you complain. They are a disgusting company to deal with. Avoid them at all costs. It is simply not worth it.

Be very wary of Xiaomi. Sharp practice.

Avoid this company. They rely on sharp practice to avoid giving a refund. I bought a smart band online. I couldn't get it to work. Their support desk said to return it as it was faulty. I did so and received a replacement 16 days after I received the original faulty item. Now I was able to see it in action I found the numbers were too small for me to read. When I tried to return it for a refund they said that had to be done within 14 days of receiving the first, faulty, item. So at no time during those 14 days did I have something I could see in action, just a faulty item for a couple of days. I felt this was manifestly unfair but they just stuck to the 14 day rule.

Customer service down the drain

Although initially very happy with Xiaomi, they have now become a nightmare to deal with.

I purchased a Xiaomi phone and had an issue with it about a year into the warranty. I sent it in for repaired and was very impressed with the service I received.

However, a year later, with the phone still under warranty, the problem presented it's self again. This is where the trouble began. Only after about 10 email did they send me the necessary documentation so I could send the phone for repair. This should have been a sign of thing to come.
Without going into all the details, more than two months later and the issue is still not resolved. Twenty email later, and each time I have to speak to a different person who doesn't bother to read any of the trailing emails in an attempt to resolve the problem.

Suffice to say, this has left a bad taste in my mouth and I don't think I will be buying another Xiaomi phone in future.

Xiaomi nightmare you been warned

Do not use or buy anything of this brand they are an absolute nightmare i won't again I know that i had to return my watch has it was in warranty for repair which was apparently exchanged for new device this was sent bk out with an incorrect post code according to royal mail I have asked for new device to be sent out and still having to waiting I'm over the 15 day turn around set by company to have device back managers and customer service very un helpful and know nothing quite simple get my new device sent bk out it was lost on there end not mine I will keep u udated

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, they're prices may seem attractive but their products are cheap poor quality tat and their customer services are even worse.

I bought a Poco x7 pro for the battery capacity and life only to fine it's worse than my 3 year old X4 pro with a smaller capacity battery. I spent a month with technical support trying things only to find out they can't do anything.

Returning item for refund

Be very careful purchasing anything from this company and ask to send the item back for refund. They send you prepaid envelopes to use for postage then when you put it in the post it never reaches the destination. When track the parcel it is showing as being stuck at the post office it was sent from. When you get in touch with them asking about updates they ask for proof of postage and then they accuse you of tampering with the label of the prepaid envelope they sent and then they accuse you of fraud. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Their support of mobile phone issues is abysmal. I suspect their remit is to ask for more and more irrelevant detail until you give up.
They are incapable of following simple instructions as to how to replicate a fault. I suspect that an AI agent would be better at understanding.

I strongly advise against buying from Xiaomi. I purchased a device that, as it turned out, should never have been sold. After returning it as agreed, the company refuses to refund the money. Customer service is a joke – everyone says something different, there’s no consistency, responsibility, or real support. They don’t care about the customer – everything is fine until you buy, but after the purchase, they couldn’t care less. They dodge, delay the process, and ignore the customer. So many problems – a waste of time, nerves, and money. I do not recommend!💩💩💩

Scam of a company with 0 star customer service

The products are (or more like used to be) good, but the customer service is none existent or of zero use....
I bought scales 1st of April that arrived next day damaged.
This wasn't obvious upon receipt, but after unpacking I saw side of the glass surface chipped away and have nearly cut myself.
After contacting customer service, explaining the whole situation and providing photo evidence, I kept getting generic response that they are looking into it. After chasing for update for over a month they asked to Open police report and get reference number. This is obviously silly thing to ask given no crime has been committed and is obvious damage in transit.
After me pushing back on ailly request they kept telling me that they passed the case to relevant team that will come back with resolution. After continuous chase and requesting timeline for resolution in line with UK consumer rights, they promised to get me resolution in next 30 days or so (this was confirmed on 2nd of May).
Guess what? I still getting generic response that relevant team yet to come back.... And its now 11th of July....
So over 3 months and no resolution given... KEEP THAT IN MIND WHEN PLANNING TO INVEST IN THEM WITH YOUR PURCHASE!
I did log a claim with my bank and i formed Trading standards of MI (XIAOMI) malpractice. I got my money from my Bank but NO THANKS TO XIAOMI.

will avoid at all costs this Scam of a company.

Customer service non existent.

Own 2 Xiaomi phones and a few other items, never had an issue. First issue when ordered a power bank, arrived with box damaged, customer care are terrible, really rude,arrogant and ignore issues. Has made rethink using this company if this is how issues are handled, certainly would not order direct from them again but would choose an alternative brand in future. Wish had read the reviews before ordering.

Update: xiaomi responded to this post asking for more info to look into the matter, I responded with the requested information and received no more response from them, so I presume the reply to my post was just for appearance, so they appear to respond when they actually do not.

This is beyond poor customer service - no more Xiaomi goods for me..

I have seen poor customer service, but Xiaomi Customer Care goes beyond that, it can be easily called a scam.
I used to have a lot of electronics from Xiaomi - phone, powerbank, headphones, vacuum cleaner... But I will never buy anything from this company again.
Currently I'm disputing a vacuum cleaner that started malfunctioning less than 6mnths after the purchases.
It has been over 2 months since I reported it and Xiaomi is still trying to see what they can get away with. Pretending they don't know UK Customer Laws, repeating the same things over and over again, fully ignoring what I said .. now they just came back saying a repair will be chargeable because vacuum is more than 6mnths old - it is now, as they have held onto it for over a month. Plus, even better, I didn't accept repair in the first place!
If I won't get a refund (I am entitled to it according to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as vacuum can be seen as "goods with an inherent fault"), I'm taking legal action against them.

Xiaomi Smart Desktop Air Circulation Fan

I bought a Xiaomi Smart Desktop Air Circulation Fan believing from the description that it is battery operated - Charge the fan with the included 18W adapter or a power bank - but it doesn't have a battery. The app isn't very good and the 100 speed motor is a joke. The fan rattles when at full speed and gets confused with its angle on swing. I requested to return it, but it took a week to get a response and then I was on holiday so couldn't meet the return window. I'll never buy another product from them, worst customer support ever,

The company is completely fraudulent. Purchased a Xiaomi 15 phone in march and sent my trade in device. The company took 4 months to process my trade in amount which they couldn't and at the end they told me they can't process the transfer and sending my device back. Never ever purchase anything with them one of the worst customer service

faulty /sub standard xiaomi 9 fitness band

Purchased xiaomi 9 fitness band had it since January this year lasted 6months before the issues of it turning itself off and constantly disconnecting itself from my bluetooth
Daily turning off ,only way to get it to switch on is to plug it in and power up via it’s charging cable
tried contacting xiaomi support fill out the online form for problems and issues it gets registered as feedback as there is no option to leave your contact details ,reason given for this is they don’t take details for security reasons 🤬massive get out of jail free card for a company that’s sold a poor sub standard faulty item
should be ashamed and refund or at least place the 💩 you sold
If i could give a zero i would but you get a less than deserved 1

might help if you elaborate what the reference number is in relation to 🤬
Do you mean barcode number /band model number not very helpful

Extremely poor service — 6+ weeks and still no repair!

I sent my Xiaomi robot vacuum for repair on 7 May 2025 under warranty. It cost me £474 when I bought it in January 2025, and it stopped working within a few months.

Since then, Xiaomi has kept the device and repeatedly told me it's "awaiting component," with no clear update, estimated repair time, or resolution. It's now been over 6 weeks, and every time I contact them, I get vague replies asking me to “bear with them.”

This level of service is completely unacceptable — I’ve been without the product for weeks with no idea if or when I’ll get it back. I’ve now had to escalate the issue through Resolver and social media, which is not what I expected after spending nearly £500.

I am now requesting a full refund or replacement unit immediately. I cannot recommend Xiaomi based on this experience.
