From the moment I met Dr Phagura I felt completely at ease and this feeling continued throughout my consultation and the two cataract operations he performed The staff at the clinic were friendly and extremely competent. I couldn't have had a better outcome, both eyes excellent vision. The operations were quick and painless and Dr Phagura even rang my home later to see how I was. He has a wicked sense of humour I would certainly recommend this clinic

Waiting time for my appointment was better than expected.
I was treated with courtesy and respect by the reception and nursing staff and the doctor, who dealt with the laser treatment I was diagnosed to need there and then, was thorough, professional and kept me informed of what I needed and what he was doing.

Having had cataract replacement a few years ago I need Laser YAG treatment. Midland Eye treated both eyes with excellent results. The procedure takes about half an hour, 29 minute of which is waiting for tge eyes to dilate following the application of eye drops. The actual laser treatment was painless and took only seconds.

Fantastic service from everyone at Midland Eye. I cannot rate the team highly enough from booking the appointment, through the treatment to the final discharge letter.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough, I feel we are very lucky to have this in the Midlands. Dr Shah, the wider team, the service overall, the follow up and the results following my CXL and laser eye surgery procedure have all been exceptional. I wish I’d visited them years ago and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I'm amazed at the improvement in my vision since having surgery at Midland Eye Clinic. I no longer need glasses for driving & colours appear more vibrant than pre-op. Definitely reccommend treatment here and thank you Mr Dong Park and colleagues for your care before, during and after surgery.

Professionalism from start to finish when I had cataract surgery.The receptionist was very polite & all the medical staff were excellent.I was very nervous was put at ease by the kindness if all involved with the procedure.

Two cataracts sorted in very speedy time frame. So effortless and quick I was so impressed by everyone at Midland Eye. Following on from procedures I had a small dangly lump removed and it was so great to get rid of the scratchy thing that had rubbed my eye for ages. Thank you so much Midland Eye.
