Onsite PBX to Hosted Horizon VoIP system
When looking to change our old on site PBX telephone system, to a hosted Horizon system, Midshires managed the changeover. From sales contact ,Andy Bromwich to installation Martyn Elenor, and Sam Turton, the service has been exemplary, and practically seamless.
With 2 sites to install, 1 down , 1 to go.

EXCELLENT Customer Support
Midshire's customer support has been outstanding, yet again. After realising that we had accidentally cancelled one of our phone numbers when we moved across to Midshire, Adam and his team where fast to retrieve the number from our old supplier. Within no time the number was in service and routing to our other numbers
on the host x system. Thank you.
Move to Hosted service
We have used Midshire Telecom for a number of years to supply all our telephony needs. Having decided to use a hosted system we wanted Midshires to continue the supply and manage the changeover. From sales contact to installation the service has been exemplary, with all options being explained along the journey and the transfer itself from PSDN to Hosted service went without a hitch and continued telephone and broadband service throughout
Excellent service and aftercare
My company ordered a mobile phone for me and it only took 3 days to arrive. The sim card turned up on the Saturday and the mobile followed on the Sunday, in time for my working week. Excellent follow up and service, thank you!

Perfect Mobile Switch Over
An extremely smooth process in switching mobile providers. After struggling with the basics and a real lack of transparency with Vodafone, Midshire helped me navigate the waters and let me know my entitlements with my provider, then took care of everything. A seamless switch over and great communication and reassurances that everything was in hand from Adam.
Midshire took over an existing service
Midshire took over an existing service, which was beset with problems from the offset - not through the fault of Midshire though. They remained professional and supportive throughout my ranty daily calls, and escalated as best they could, coming up with a personalised solution to end the problems encountered. So while I was frustrated because it should never have happened, Midshire really worked hard to resolve the situation and managed to resolve.

Been with this company for approx a year and a half excellent service, prompt very helpful and professional. Unlike other companies I have have dealt with for the last 20 years within London and surrounding areas, very reasonable on pricing, however its the service levels which I am most pleased with 1st Class

I have worked with Midshires for 6/7 months now, the service Midshires have provided has been phenomenal. Midshires always looks out for the customers interest. I have had the pleasure of working with Saleem our Account manager who would always pay a visit, look how we can best improve our connectivity. Adam has also been a pleasure to work with, he made sure every project was smooth from start to finish. There has been times where we needed to order additional sim cards and rather than posting out Adam would always say I can drop it off!
Due to the impression Midshire left on me, we introduced all of our connectivity under Midshires.

We found the whole process to be handled professionally by all staff. Any questions were answered and all aspects of the change were explained well. I have already recommended Midshire as a company to other companies. On this occasion it was a utitlities switch but we use Midshire for internet provision, telephone lines and photocopier provision and find them to be a very friendly, competitively priced and very helpful group of people across all departments

System installation fairly straightforward and only minimal disruption to trading. Most aspects went well. Some post-installation queries but not excessive.
