Lack of appreciation for the urgency of a next day delivery.
I ordered some stuff for next day delivery. Only part of the order arrived. General confusion as to why this was. If they'd told me they couldn't fulfil when i placed the order i could have gone elsewhere. Now instead of 36 hours to find a replacement part to go diving I have 6. Cheers guys, I won't be back, you need to be able to rely on people when it comes to diving.
To be fair, they offered a refund, but some sort of notification to let me know they were going to let me down would have been appreciated.
Buying new fins…excellent service
Went into store to buy some new fins for my next dive holiday. Your colleague who served me was great, really helpful - presented various options and took the time to understand my needs. Will definitely be buying here again

First time visit and very impressed
First time visit and very impressed. Looking for a prescription dive mask which when googling was a minefield and Daniel really helped me. No overselling, clean, well intentioned and educated advice. Left soon after with a properly fitted mask (to my prescription), good price and super happy. Looking forward to my next dive with the right gear. Thanks especially to Daniel.

Excellent service. The staff very knowledgeable about the diving equipment and very helpful. In particular Charlie who help replace a fin strap. I look forward to shopping with them again

My order arrived quickly, unfortunately one item was damaged. I contacted their customer support who were great. Emailed me a returns label and sent a replacement item that arrived the next day. Brilliant service great product very happy. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent service
The wrist & ankle seals on my Waterproof wetsuit were coming unglued (again) - Jenna organised for me to send it back to be repaired at a time that suited me (i.e. I didn't need it to go diving). I was surprised when Jenna contacted me to say that the wetsuit was being replaced, not repaired, & a new wetsuit arrived a few days later. Excellent service from both Jenna & Mike's Dive store.
This isn't the first time that Jenna has been involved in resolving a problem with my wetsuit - she is always very helpful & efficient.

Excellent staff with detailed knowledge and an actual interest in supplying what a diver really needs as opposed to just selling stuff. Really like their approach, website and app are on point. Why go anywhere else???
I had a very frustrating issue today…
I had a very frustrating issue today trying to apply my in store credit to a new purchase , so much so I downed tools and picked up the phone “old school” to my credit I got a guy called “NISH” so after I unloaded both barrels, “NISH” was surprisingly still there, “NISH” went away he CALLED ME BACK, and resolved my issue, so Mike’s Dive Store, if you have a employee of the month award, I would very much like to nominate “NISH” for enduring my rant and resolving my issue 👍👍👍

Tom was very friendly and helpful. He sorted us out with a prescription and normal dive mask and snorkels in only 10 minutes, he was very knowledgeable about the products in the store. I’ll be returning for the rest of my equipment in the future.

Superb good-value servicing and friendly staff
I recently had my ScubaPro regs and BCD serviced by Mike's, they were friendly, helpful, good value, and super fast. I dropped in my gear on a Monday and picked it up on Wednesday! Upon picking up the gear I was impressed by their in-store selection and bought some extra bits and pieces too, the sales assistants were friendly and knowledgeable. Great place. Highly recommend.
The worst place to get advise from
I am giving mike dive store a low rating due to the fact the prices are sky high you can get the same stuff much cheaper and when you do go to the shop for advice, they give you the wrong one, when someone loses weight the face shrinks too so no if you were using XL before losing weight then you will be using L after losing weight, also giving a ladies wetsuit to a man is a bit not right, as a woman wetsuit is not designed for a man, Right? But just to get rid of the wetsuit so what who cares. Wetsuits are not cheap. Mike dive store really needs to train it’s ataff.

Faultless customer service
Impeccable customer service, knowledgeable staff and great products. We initially drove to their store, asked a lot of questions and didn't feel pressured to buying anything with them or otherwise. The colleague we were speaking to even told us about a new model thats coming out 'soon' but we couldnt find anything online about it.
A week later, it was released and only available in a few places, including Mike's dive store. The staff were so helpful we chose to buy from Mike's dive store online rather than amazon etc. Was easy to chat to the staff through WhatsApp and they even helped with setting up the gear as well a week later! The online order process was super easy because they managed to get all my details set up in the basket and just sent me a link to pay. Officially my go to dive shop.
Great in store, great at replacing faulty strap
We went to Mike's to buy most of our kit as newly qualified divers. The staff were really patient and helpful and we've been enjoying our new adventures with the kit. A few months later, the strap of my dive computer was faulty. I contacted Mike's dive store with a video of the issue, and they kindly contacted the manufacturer and sourced a replacement strap on my behalf. Nish kept in close communication with me through this. I am looking forward to my next shop at Mike's!
Excellent customer service
I've ordered most my dive stuff from here, and on twice I've made a mistaken whilst ordering. Both times, customer service has been really easy to contact on WhatsApp, replying quickly and going above and beyond to rectify. Highly recommended
Nish is the man
Nish is the man! I contacted the support team over an issue I had with a delivery and Nish handled it amazingly. Now it is resolved and I’m very happy with the outcome. I’ve never had this level of customer service before. Give the fella a pay rise🤣!!!
