10/10 quality...I have purchased many things from Milana Studio's over the years and also recommended to so many friends/family as the clothes do not disappoint...wash up perfectly/dont lose shape/colour...one of my cherub t shirts that I have had since their first ever drop back in 22/23 still looks new! (baring in mind it's also black, no fading whatsoever if you follow the washing label's guidelines!) Just recently purchased the passionfruit & coconut shorts sets and omg...the best yet!!! Xx

Always get my package next day and I can’t rave enough about the quality of these products my wardrobe is getting full with Milana. Just ordered the white linen trousers for my hollybobs and the drape and fit on these trousers is pure excellence . I’m obsessed! Also the core collection is my go to every day choice and I’ve got them in every colour. The sizing is really generous I’m a size 14 and order medium in tops and large in bottoms cause I like that over sized look on trousers but like a more supported fitted feel on top. Only issue is all my money is going on Milana. Keep doing your thing Tara cause I’m here for good with Milana 👌🏽

I’ve always had a good experience with Milana. My latest order is definitely my favourite so far. The trousers and jacket are fantastic quality and way exceeded my expectations. Poor customer service
Very poor customer service bought a bag washed it after my holiday as per instructions the colour all faded on the bag and now looks awful so can’t use it. Reached out and was told couldn’t do anything about it as not reported within 30 days of rec in Feb but how did I know when I used it in May on my holiday for the first time this would happen as it’s meant to be machine washable. I won’t be purchasing again and have got rid of all my milana clothing now on Vinted as I refuse to advertise a brand which has such bad customer service.
Update: Sunbleaching really ? Is this a joke it was hung up under a parasol all week on holiday I didn’t leave it on a sun lounger to sunbathe all day what a pathetic response. I have the same style bag from Primark previously taken and washed on my return from another holiday and this didn’t fade in the wash and leave all orange marks on it were the colour came out the fabric. Clearly cheap imports being used for bags from this company that don’t stand up to normal washing on the 1st wash baring in mind I used colour safe liquid and washed on a 30 degrees wash as I normally would.

At Milana Studios, we offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery for customers to report any concerns with items in their original condition, to allow us to find a suitable resolution. In this case, the purchase was made in February 2025, and the issue was brought to our attention in June 2025—approximately five months after the original purchase.
Additionally, we understand the item was used during a holiday, which may have exposed it to conditions such as sun bleaching. As noted in our product description, all of our garments are prewashed and pre-dried during production using industrial machines at high temperatures (washed at 90°C and tumble dried at 120°C). This process ensures durability and minimizes the risk of shrinkage or colour fading under normal conditions.
Regarding your experience with our customer service, we want to reassure you that we aim to resolve all issues fairly and within our stated response time. You contacted us via Instagram and email, and we responded within 24 hours—well within our 48-hour timeframe—providing clarity on our return and issue reporting policies, which are also available on our website:

Purchased a mystery box loved all the items that much is ordered a second. Contacted via Facebook messenger to ask if next box could include different accessories and it did.
