Terrible customer service
This company are just out for what they can get money wise. My label was wonky, I was going on holiday and wanted the outfit for the airport. I couldn’t get a replacement in time. I was offered a refund if I returned but I explained how it was for holiday, or they offered me 50% refund. Apparently that’s them going ‘above and beyond’ LOL! As I stated to them returning it and not wearing for holiday, that’s bad as a customer and inconvenience, getting half back just replaced the money that will be spent to get repaired and again an inconvenience. How exactly as the customer am I benefiting because of their poor manufacturing quality? The founder couldn’t care less either, read my message on Instagram and ignored which comes across false as she claims to be so thankful to customers. It’s not like the brand is cheap, I wish you could upload pictures to show how bad it was. Took the 50% refund. Never be buying again.

Regarding the label error, while rare, such mistakes can occur due to human oversight during quality checks. That’s why we have clear procedures to ensure issues are addressed promptly and fairly.
We’ve also made every effort to support you quickly and thoroughly, consistently responding well within our 48-hour timeframe. Below is a summary of our communication:
• You contacted us via Instagram and email; we replied within minutes with resolution options.
• We continued the conversation, increased our offer to a partial refund on the faulty top, and escalated the matter to management when you remained dissatisfied.
• We also attempted to resolve things via phone, per your request.
• The item remained full returnable for a full refund at our cost which was also rejected.
Throughout, we aimed to be understanding and flexible. We believe the final options are fair and reasonable under the circumstances.

Sneaky refund decisions
I’ve done a couple of orders with this brand, my second order consisted of three items. Because I’d ordered three items I got 15% off. One of the items (the joggers) were way too long so I returned them. I had to fund the tracked returns cost myself, I also saw on their returns policy they deduct £5 for shipping if your original order was over £150 and shipped for free but your return value takes you below that threshold. So I was expecting a full refund for the joggers minus £5 for the initial shipping fee. However they deducted another £5.50 from my refund, I emailed them to tell them they’d refunded the wrong amount and they responded quickly stating that since I’d only kept 2 items I was only entitled to 10% off not 15%. This is not stated on their returns policy and I’m not sure it’s actually legal, if you’ve gotten a promotional discount I don’t believe the brand can adjust your refund amount to match a different promotion discount percentage. I’ve never experienced this with another brand either. I emailed them back to ask for the outstanding amount to be refunded stating that they hadn’t declared this rule on their returns policy and they ignored me. I’ve followed up today since it’s been four working days. It seems like this company will do anything to get extra money out of you, they take away the free shipping if you return something and you also have to return at your own cost so taking off more money from my refund really frustrated me. At this point I can’t see myself ordering again because if items don’t work out you end up out of pocket.
EDIT: I have now received £5.50 from my bank since I opened a claim with them. I glad it got resolved through my bank but very unimpressed with the brand for just ignoring me and then refusing to refund the outstanding amount. Very certain I won’t be shopping again

Amazing quality
This was my first order and I am so shocked by how great the quality is! I’m always hesitant to order online but I was so happy with my order. The quality is amazing and it looks exactly as it does on the website. The customer service was amazing from start to finish, the postage was also super quick which is always a plus! Absolutely appalled at the customer service from this company.
I shop quite alot form themselves and spent a lot of money with them.
I purchased a jumper from themselves, worn twice and washed once - once washed, the colour of the jumper seeped into the writing.
The product is simply faulty and whether the item has been worn 10 times or 1 time, or washed 10 times or 1, the colour should simply not seep.
They are stating the item has become bitty, I feel that just explains the quality of their clothing - simply not up to the standards and definitely does not reflect the price they charge especially after only wearing the item twice
Although I shop very often with them and spent alot of money on that website - I will no longer be purchasing from them.
Extremely disappointed in the company and for not to accept liability of appalling quality of their items.
