I sold points to these guys and the process was streamline. They've yet to use the points but they aren't going anywhere else. Theres more there now for them if they need more im in. 😁

The process was clean and simple. I had lots and lots of questions, and all the staff answered my emails in a timely matter, and with easy to understand instructions. I got paid immediately for my miles/points once I decided to move forward and signed the contract with them. Would definitely do business with then again if I needed to.

I spoke with a couple employees (owners?) via Whatsapp and on the phone - they were 100% transparent and honest and paid exactly what they quoted me, right away.

They DO need to verify that you are a real human and you are a match for your milkes/points account, so that nothing is fraudulent, but they rely on word-of-mouth and return customers, so they have every incentive to be fair and honest.

Did not act serious.
I received a Whatsapp (did not allow milesbuyer to contact me via Whatsapp, so find this strange) asking me for my full name.
Nothing and nobody beside my passport and my parents know my full name as I was raised very catholic and you get a second and third and fourth name.
So I asked what this person what for and what exactly she needs.

All I received was: complete name.

This did not give me the feeling of trust and I blocked it.
If you want to deal with people on a trust basis, you should be able to give a serious response.

I went through their process of buying my miles and even signed their contract. Then they told asked me if I had contacted other miles buyers. Of course I did. I wanted the best deal. They told me there were problems with my verification. I gave them a drivers license and passport. Total scam and glad I didn’t go through with the deal. Will find another more legitimate company to buy them.
Reply to their response : prove to me I signed or agreed to any other company. You are mistaken in your search and your results are all false. Show me where I agreed to sell my miles to someone else. I only asked what they offered l. Your company is full of lies and deceit and won’t have anything To do with it. You are idiots if you think people don’t shop around.

Spoke with "Danny" "Eli" and "Ben", most likely not their real names. No LinkedIn profile matches. They asked me to verify my identity be providing social media usernames AND passwords, as well as providing DOB, address, phone number. You guys know what can be done with this information. They answered all of my questions quickly until I asked about their security and what assurances they provided and whether they used an escrow service to guarantee payment before using my personal information to use my account to take my points. No response after that. If they suggest I'm not a client, no contact, fake I'll post entire conversation on here and you guys can make up your own minds. DO NOT USE.

Danny, Eli and Ben all are great. Process is fully documented and you sign a contract. Overall very smooth transaction and experience with Danny. I would recommend them anytime!!

So far, so good. Process is a little more lengthy than I'd expected but the only real holdup was PayPal putting a 3 week hold on funds. This was corrected in a day or two and money is now in my bank. Milesbuyer reps have been very good and I'm expecting no other issues.

A little odd, but ultimately worth the risk. Avi was happy to hop on the phone with me and walk me through the process of selling my Amex points, which after a lot of hand-holding I agreed to go forward with.

They paid me out quickly after they verified my information, and was ultimately a present experience.

I just wanted a quote, that is all, for my nearly 100K miles. Instead they wanted to call me, which I do not have time for, why would you call me? Just send me an email, why not have a standard price? Is it a floating price dependent on whether or not I am nice enough on the phone? Ill be looking elsewhere.

I was extremely skeptical of selling my miles online, especially with so many scammers out there. Still skeptical I spoke several times with a young man named Danny, who answered all my questions and explained the process both orally and written. Still skeptical, I followed the process and within 48 hrs of my first contact my PayPal account was funded. I think the only thing that delayed the payment was me verifying each step. Avi called me and gave me quote and we both accepted and received the fund in my PayPal and then he called me and asked me to refund him but he will Zelle me. After this conversation communication went down 0. several texts and no respond. mu miles were legit

Terrible experience, complete scammers. I asked to sell points and after initially agreeing, they did a 180 and backed out without any reason.

As this is not an ordinary process, I must admit that at first I was nervous. They ask you the credentials to access your rewards account (in my case it was Aeroplan) before your actually receive their payments. But you can tell they have been in business a long time and that they are not playing games. In the end, I was fully paid BEFORE they used any points. It is a safe process. You can trust it as they do whatever they tell you they will do.

I was very nervous about the process and had done a lot of research before selling my miles. After some confusion about to contact them directly (all my fault), I felt comfortable after speaking to Sheer, sent her all the information requested, and had a deposit made to my account within an hour or so. These guys are very professional with the work they do!

An absolute waste of time. The company does not deserve their supposed good online reputation. No call back. No email. Does not answer telephone and when I called their .... buy tickets line ... the woman was too bored to answer my questions. Never again!!
