I have used The Points Trader now on several occasions. Their service is consistently reliable, safe and seamless. They are responsive to any inquires and after purchasing the wholesale points they were deposited into my frequent flyer account almost immediately after payment. I saw this company on Google, noted their high TrustPilot score and requested a quote for 200,000 Avios points to go to my British Airways (BA) account. When I accepted their quotation they told me that it would cost extra to transfer to BA although this is what they quoted for. They wanted me to open an account with Qatar Airlines and share the points - but I'm not comfortable doing this. I was disappointed that they did not honour their quotation.

I am a senior citizen who travels often to see kids and grandkids who live in the UK. I wouldn't say that I am a neophyte when it comes to technology, but I certainly am not a young man who grew up using cell phones and computers. Karan was so helpful in communicating with me via email and a phone call to allow me to purchase 200K points for an upcoming trip. Purchasing the points allowed me to save thousands of dollars versus paying cash for my wife's and my round-trip business-class flights to Geneva. This will be my no1 go to for miles. Smooth and easy process with Karan. I was scared at first but I checked the reviews and decided to give it a try. Paid and I received my miles everything within 1hr. You can trust the website and be rest assured.

I required 110k of Avios points to purchase Qatar's business class seats for my parents. After I did my survey and research, I decided to approach Karan for the price quote. As a first time user, reading through all the reviews still made me feel skeptical about everything as the price is almost 35% cheaper than official website. I paid and within 10 minutes the avios are now in my BA account
