Excellent service. I was a little apprehensive about buying points online but need not have worried. I transferred the payment on Sunday night and the points showed in my account on the Monday afternoon. I will use again the next time I need extra points

Was understandably concerned that this was dodgy, but it all went through fine and saved me money. Points Trader was honest about not providing any guarantees about T&C issues with the airlines, but assured me that no customers had ever had problems in the past.
Although the process was slightly circuitous - had to set up a loyalty account with another network airline and then transfer the points to my target airline, the Points Trader was prompt, courteous and informative in all communications.

Can thoroughly recommend this company. Always a but unsure about whether to trust companies I have not had dealings with before. But Karan was exemplary - quick to respond to quotes and questions even though there was a big time difference. Points arrived in super short time. Would use this company again.

Like a lot of people I was a little nervous about using a third party provider for the purchase of Airline points. BUT Karan was an absolute star throughout. Quick replies to any questions I asked, nothing was too much trouble and when I did "pull the trigger" on my purchase, the miles were in my account within 14-hours. I also saved about 37.5% versus buying from the airline themselves. Would 100% use again and will recommend to all my friends and colleagues. A++!!!!
