What a great experience!! Night before our departure to Thailand, our first leg was cancelled due to weather and the airline wanted to rebook us on two more flights...when there was a direct option for the connect that was cancelled. Mike and his team took care of it ... told us to "go to bed and not worry...they would take care of it". And they did! I will definitely use them again!! Very easy to work with...very responsive to all questions and so helpful with everything.

Ralph found a good price on the flight I booked. He was very thorough and found several options for me. He did a very good job.

To be able to work with one individual Mike and he is very efficient. He gets back time right away. Great service.

We just purchased international business class tickets from FlyWorldClass. Mike Enriquez was our travel agent. For the past two days he was working on it and finally made a great deal. He was really a true travel agent who has great knowledge in all corners regarding business class purchase and provided insightful thoughts. I have several queries and he patiently listened and worked it. He appears to be a trusted person based on his suggestion and communication with me. I highly recommend him for purchasing business class or even first class ticket. I compared other agents and we spoke honestly about the budget and he made it happen. I don’t know his process but he is a honest person.

This travel agency used to be good in the past
But now thy have a worse experience ever
I think bad management and company directors for care about the business any more
I paid for a full fare business class ticket after I went to air port I found my reservation was cancelled by airline because the agency didn’t not pay them I didn’t fly I missed my family function
Thy said thy can rebook it to n another day but I have to pay $2000

I asked to take to a manager they told me he will call in 3 or 4 days
I don’t recommend any one use them been 8 days till now manger didn’t call me
