Not willing to compete fairly
I have used this company several times. When I tried to get a quote from them this time this is the message I got:
“Let me know what they offered you so I can give you my advice if we can even help you out.
I'm not going to compete against Skylux or other agents.”
They wouldn’t even quote me a price since I said I was going to get bids from two companies. I feel it’s cheating to ask what my other bid was. It’s a shame they are not willing to compete honestly

I live outside the US
I live outside the US, and my credit card wouldn't work. The agent held my ticket till changed to a US credit card. Then the bank stopped the payment until I could notify them giving "permission". The entire time, the agent kept my booking and ticket available for me!
