Agency not 100% transparent
We Wanted our long flight from Manila, Philippines to San Francisco, California in business class.(June 2023) Tried to do my homework to get actual traveler feedback on World Class Travel. Most were complimentary. For the most part, the agent did help me secure tickets eventually, though some things were a little puzzling to me.
With that said, I just need to express my surprise and honestly, disappointment about the actual ticket purchase. I knew they were “discounted tickets”, but agent not 100% ‘upfront’ with me. Several occasions, I specifically asked about getting at least some mileage credit for this long trip.(As Singapore Air is also part of STAR ALLIANCE)
He kept mentioning that it was something with the Airline, for some reason they wouldn’t allow it on some discounted tickets. At no time did you ever honestly tell me the reason was because he bought them WITH MILES. Only after digging into the facts directly from the Airlines did I learn the truth!
NOW, of course, it clear why the Airline was not willing to give even partial mileage points. Basically, he (the Agency) got my money, and used miles he(or You) have accumulated to “pay” for the tickets. Its clever, but not 100% honest with me. It really would have been nice to know this from the beginning. Certainly the cost to “use miles” was no where near the cost I was charged. I understand, you are, of course in business to make a profit. But this surely must have been a “Windfall” for David and/or your Agency. Not sure if it would have made me seriously consider other options, but it might have. At any rate, the ‘transparency’ is valuable for future trust. It is very disappointing from a customer’s standpoint when mileage & travel points for such a long haul are non-existent. (For reasons that were not disclosed)
Sorry, I just have be honest how I felt as a frequent traveler.
Personally, It feels slightly ‘shady’.

Overall it was good
I was a little disappointed that I wasn’t told beforehand that the hotel included in the price (flight and hotel) was for a room with twin beds. But it was cleared up after I voiced my disappointment. Overall it was good!

Our flights proceeded without a hitch and were exactly what we had hoped for.
Our trip to Singapore, which was arranged by Fly World Class, has just ended. With the exception of an hour delay on our flight from Manila to Singapore, the brief vacation was flawless and everything happened as planned. Because Fly World Class had very little to no contact with us after we made our reservation and before we left, we were a little uneasy. I had to ask Pauline for assistance. However, the flights proceeded without a hitch and were exactly what we had hoped for. I wouldn't think twice about using Fly World Class for future trip, but perhaps the next time, a bit more comforting communication would be appreciated prior to departure.

Awesome Service!
I was struggling to find an International Business Class Ticket and reached out to FlyWorldClass.com. I filled out the information and immediately received an email and call from Rob. I told him the dates, and times, He asked me if I ok with two stops instead of one which would give me more options and possibly a cheaper fare. I agreed. Within 30 minutes he presented me with an itinerary that met my needs. Unfortunately, I did not see his email until the following day. When I called him to book the flight, he said it was no longer available and he check again. Within 10 minutes he came back with a one-stop flight for roughly the same price which I immediately booked. Rob was very professional and his responsiveness was world class.
