The agent worked very hard and very responsive. My only problem is not with the agent but with Fly World Class how their system works. Very complicated and not transparent. Cancellation is very difficult and complicated.

Skeptical and then VERY pleasantly surprised!
We had never used a consolidator and were hesitant. We booked roundtrip business class to Italy over the holidays with Fly First Class. Mike was on top of making sure of best pricing, answering all questions, securing good seating and making sure everything went well. Recommend.

Shelly to the Rescue
Shelly was a paragon of patience and information. For three years we have been waiting to proceed with a reservation initially delayed thanks to the onset of Covid. Finally we reached a point where we thought it was safe to renew our attempts to fly "multi-city" to Europe. Shelly furnished us with several options, went back and looked for more at our request, and facilitated our choice after we eventually made a decision. It was a true pleasure dealing with Shelly, and we certainly appreciate the opportunity to work with her.

We have had a wonderful experience. Due to Covid 19 we had to delay our trip. FlyWorldClass worked with us to give us a voucher. We just rebooked and I must give high marks to Shelly Tan. We spent some time investigating the cause of the issue. In full transparency, here's what happened:
There was a minor irregularity in your booking details. We had to adjust and take full responsibility by giving a full refund as a courtesy for any inconvenience it has caused you. As you felt likewise, Shelly deserved a pat on the back as she did her best to get a favorable flight, though not the same, at least closest to the one provided a year ago.
Unfortunately, that was not the case; thus, a fare difference was charged, which Shelly had made you aware of. Rest assured, a more consistent and proactive notification process is now in place.
