I needed Air Miles quickly and urgently and I came across this website and made contact. The representative that dealt with me (Karan) was extremely efficient and answered all my questions on the air miles process and made the process very simple. Once I purchased avios I was told the waiting time would be up to 36 hours so I was expecting to see the air miles credited the following day at the earliest. To my pleasant surprise, however, the air miles were credited to my airline account within five hours of my purchase.
All in all it was an excellent experience and I cannot recommend this company enough when it comes to buying air miles.

Lastly… the best part of this company is that the air miles are substantially cheaper than buying from the airlines directly.

I was very unsure at the beginning. To go in advance for such large sums. I did it anyway and what can I say. The website says that it will be there within 24 hours. He did it in 1h56min. That's what I call service! I needed the miles really urgently and he has accordingly executed my order quickly. Good communication, good prices and good service. What more could you ask for?

I gotta say though, the look and feel of the website wasn’t the most confidence inspiring. Despite the good reviews I didn’t actually believe this was real until the points hit my account.

Skeptical? I don't blame you. We all felt this way in the beginning during our desperate search to find a trustworthy points broker. In fact I didn't even know these types of services existed and never thought about it until Singapore airlines decided to charge an OBSCENE about of money for the extra 60K miles that I needed after they jacked up the redemption price for my rewards flight. The price to purchase these miles cost more than paying completely out of pocket and that's when I asked myself if there was another way to buy KrisFlyer miles at a cheaper rate. Fast forward to The Points Trader, I was amazed at how much cheaper, SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper, their prices were compared to Singapore Airlines. After confirming their legitimacy via TrustPilot it became a complete no brainer to use their services to get the points I needed last minute. Within 48 hours of confirmation of miles being transferred by The Points Trader, they were safely deposited into my KrisFlyer account. The Account Executive that I dealt with, like many others, was named "Karan" and he was extremely kind, helpful, and swift to respond. Literally, this could not have been any easier and more pleasant of an experience. Furthermore, The Points Trader transferred these points waaaay faster than even Chase (4 days) could when I sent my personal reward miles over to my KrisFlyer account. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dealing with The Points Trader was a wholly positive experience. Karan answered my questions in an open and timely way. The transaction to purchase Avios went smoothly and it was easy to pay a UK bank account. The points arrived in my Avios account within 2 days as promised.

It was very staightforward, just a couple of emails with the very helpful Karan and a bank transfer.

The Process was so simple, had my points in my account within 21 hours with BA after payment was received. I will defiantly use The Points Trader again and recommend it to everyone I know.
