Very helpful!
The Chepstow branch staff were really helpful in helping us decide on our holiday to Malta. We were provided with options, and then were able to make adjustments for us. Requests for confirmation on some details were responded to promptly.

Excellent service.
I have received excellent service from both Ellie and Rhiannon, whilst booking a trip to Belfast . They both went over and above to ensure I eventually found ‘what I hope will be’, the perfect accommodation option for this special visit. They also shared such helpful information on trip / eating out options, and how to access and book these. Thank you both very much for your patience and excellent service here, it was greatly appreciated.
