Miles Morgan Travel was recommended by a friend and I thought I would try them.
Alex, in the Clevedon shop, made my booking easy and any questions I asked were answered professionally. I certainly would not hesitate in booking through MM again. Thank you

Their helpfulness and taking time to answer any questions. Advice at every stage.

As always, Miles Morgan sorted our cruise efficiently. The Staff are all so helpful.

Alex was very helpful in checking our options and booking our holiday.

Abby welcomed us and made us both a good cup of tea. She listened to our preferences and then offered suggestions about which destinations might be suitable for the dates when we wanted to travel. She showed us various hotels in different locations and with different holiday companies, to help us make our selection, taking on board our comments and feedback as we went along. She printed off the details so that we could review them at home before making our final choice. She made the whole booking process very simple/traightforward and emailed a payment link to complete our booking. We're going back for her to help us select our seats for our holiday flights and to record our passport details.

Very helpful, Amanda was very clear , polite, and happy .

Friendly attentive staff
5* service

I booked a holiday through Miles Morgan when I realized, they catered for single holiday people.
I had always gone with husband and then friend when my husband died. I was worried about going as a single holiday maker but after discussing with Miles Morgan, I felt confident that I would manage. As it happened, a friend suggested going with me. We had a fantastic time, enjoying it so much we immediately on returning home, booked another holiday.
We were very well looked after and I visited
Miles Morgan travel in Clevedon as I was, before friends interest, worried I would not know the ropes, so to speak. Miles Morgan gave me the confidence to go and I would recommend them highly.
The person I went with has already booked another holiday together. Thank you.
I assure anyone a bit worried to go alone, do it, there are so many people to help you and direct you.

A very satisfied customer.

Simeon is so knowledgeable he is definitely my go to cruise guy!

I know I could probably book a holiday online, but I always come to Abby at Miles Morgan Clevedon, she does everything so quickly, takes all the stress out of the booking and is so helpful, Highly recommend

Amanda in the Clevedon office was really helpful and made our booking process very easy.
We will recommend her 100%.

Made booking a relaxed, enjoyable experience where we benefitted from someone dealing with all the hassles on our behalf, especially as one of us has difficulty hearing telephone conversations clearly.

Everything easily explained, staff very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Simian was very helpful ensuring we were given information for us to make an informed decision without piling on the pressure
