The staff are wonderful, always happy to help and give good advice

Always friendly staff. Took time to explain everything and make a booking for a holiday.

That personal touch and being made to feel that our requests were very important and that we were not being awkward. The whole experience was pleasant and professional and fun. We chatted to two members of staff who were amazing and so helpful.

They are really helpful and dont try to push you into upgrading or spending more. They listern to your requirements and act accordingly. Tha assistant tried to get me a discount but nothing was available.
Everything was very professional.
I was a bit dissapointed that no discount was available as we booked 12 months in advance and had just come back from the same resort.

The staff at the Blandford office are all so very friendly and helpful. They always greet with a smile and are so helpful finding flights, holidays whatever we need. Such a pleasure to do business with them.

The lady that did my booking Fiona was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. Fiona had to ring me back several times to complete the booking. Nothing was too much trouble.
