I was recommended to go to Miles Morgan, and was not disappointed. Alvita was excellent. She listened to my concerns, as a first time solo traveller at 74 yrs old and what I was looking to achieve from my booking, finding the perfect trip. She was patient and so helpful. Everyone at the Gloucester branch are kind,efficient, knowledgable and have never let us down in the 10 years we’ve been using them for our holidays. Special thanks to Connor and Leyanne. We always get a call back if the person we wanted to talk to is unavailable. We would highly recommend this company.

Michelle at the Monmouth branch was brilliant!! Very helpful in all aspects of our booking which was challenging as we were booking for friends as well as ourselves, who were not present!! In amongst the serious stuff, we also had lots of laughter!

The staff on site were welcoming and were attentive to our enquiry. The staff organised our next two holidays swiftly and also answered the many questions we put to them showing a good depth of knowledge and understanding. I was very impressed and would recommend the agents to any of my friends to use for holiday travel

Probably OK for simple bookings that can be done in one session if you know exactly what you want. For a bespoke package they had to go through another agent. Difficult for us to speak to the same person consistently and difficult for them to speak to the same person at the other agent consistently. The price seemed to vary (sometimes by thousands of pounds) from day to day and for minor variations. Eventually, once we established exactly what we wanted to do they made every effort to be able to book it for us. We got there in the end!

Nina as always is excellent and the team are so helpful in Ross branch we are looking forward to our cruise

We were greeted on arrival, and as Rachel who we were dealing with was engaged, were offered a cup of tea whilst we waited. Rachel was, as always, friendly and helpful. She went through the options available for the holiday we were looking at, spoke on the phone to the company to clarify some points. We then booked our holiday and left happy with the whole experience.

Fiona was so helpful with my Riviera booking Iconic Nat Parks of U S A, as she also arranged other flights for me when I said I wanted to visit my nephew near New York . She therefore booked the tour separately from flights . When tour dates were changed by Riviera she booked alternative flights for me and although it cost me alot more for the flights because of that none of that was her fault and she went out of her way to help with ordering assistance at the airports and helping me complete an ESTA for entry which was necessary to visited the United States

What a wonderful company Simeon in Clevedon was just fabulous listened to our needs and found the perfect cruise for us to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you we will be back.

Tara was incredibly helpful, and I was delighted to receive preferential rates on the Euros added to my card. It’s so much easier than carrying cash, and any Euros I don’t use can simply be saved for my next trip or exchanged into another currency.

I went (with a friend) into the shop with some idea of where we wanted to go, but nothing else. Jessica was welcoming and really helpful. She found a hotel that we both liked and gave us some information about the area. All together a pleasant experience and we now look forward to an enjoyable holiday.
