As a first time buyer, finding a mortgage, buying a house, and everything that comes with it is a particularly daunting experience. Matthew Chapman of Miles Rhodes made the process uncomplicated, transparent and pleasant.
His extensive knowledge of the subject matter is evident and his manner comforting even during the most stressful moments. He took me from having little knowledge of the process through to completion with ease and comfort. He walked me through the contractual documentation with appropriate language and requisite detail such that I had full and clear understanding of the matters.
Matthew was readily available for contact whether it be for information, reassurance or otherwise.
