I was looking to uy my first house and my girlfriends family recommended Kevin Mitchell. After the initial contact, Kevin was quick to get me set up in the system and do all the checks. Kevin was very helpful in explaining the process, especially as this was my first house purchase, and he ultimately got my mortgage in principal turned around very quickly. Once I had confirmed offer, he was also very prompt in every interaction and honestly felt like he had my house purchase as his top priority (truth be told, he did!). Kevin was also very attentive throughout my purchase process, with drop calls to see how things were going, and he also provided advice when things weren't going so well. Overall, I would highly recommend Kevin, as he was thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Can understand why people were recommending Kevin, and now say I'm also someone who would to!

I would highly recommend Andrew Gray, he went above and beyond and made the process much easier for me. Always available to answer any questions. I would not hesitate to use again in the future.

In August I used Craig to help me look at remortgaging my property. Craig was extremely helpful and proactive from the very beginning, I first used Craig in 2018 and since have gone through the mortgage process an additional 4 times. I can’t speak highly enough of him , he makes everything very easy to understand and is always reachable and understanding. I wouldn’t use anybody else and highly recommend him

Kevin Mitchell was our allocated advisor for mortgage renewal with Miles Rhodes. His product knowledge, ability to understand our requirements and explanation of options was superb. He ensured nothing was left unexplained, identified the best product to suit our requirements and processed the option we decided upon in very quick time. Kevin Mitchell at Miles Rhodes provides excellent service and advice, he was very thorough with his fact finding questions and kept us fully updated with the progress of the application. I was referred to Kevin by my father, who had used him for many years with his mortgage. I have been using Kevin for my mortgage since 2019. He has proved invaluable on every occassion and I couldn't recommend his services highly enough. For instance, he contacted me 6 months before my renewal was due (just as interest rates were beginning to climb) and procured a deal early and advised I fix for the maximum term able at the time securing me a much lower rate. His tireless work ethic and knowledge of the market has saved me a fortune over that period.

I recently sent Kevin an email due to a change in my circumstances, enquiring about further mortgage options. I received a phone call from him within the hour, and had a full mortgage consultation by the following afternoon. He has also since updated my life insurance policy, saving me money on that too despite being older and having an underlying health condition.
