Not a UK company although on the surface it looks like it.
Delivery was apparently 48 hours via Royal Mail - that’s only the last leg of the journey - it actually took two weeks from China.
Bought some shoes from them - nothing like the picture - made of cheap plastic rather than the nubuck leather look on the photos. Arrived in a plastic bag from China - I expected shoes of the quality they suggested to at least arrive in a box.
No response when I complained about the quality and no way to return so just had to take the loss. All I into getting are emails with offers to buy more shoes at a discounted price.

Do not buy from this company. NOT A UK COMPANY. £25 to return items. Do not buy from this site.

What a fantastic home shopping experience. I was able to browse to my hearts content and select the shoe size from a wide variety of options.

Good images on line which were matched by the item delivered. Accurate size and a comfortable fit for the current summer heatwave. Delivery was a little longer than expected.

Product was as described although the polyester is quite thin. Would be helpful to point out it is being shipped from China and not Manchester. Love graphic design though and many have commented on it.

The name of the company is VERY misleading - and if you want to return the item/s you have to send tracked (expensive) to China and if it doesn't turn up within 14 days (or they say it hasn't turned up) you're out of pocket - you are anyway as the cost is so high to fulfill their requirements. I would NEVER have ordered if I had known the true cost of return/refund :( AVOID AVOID AVOID

Lovely otapedic sandals so comfy took a while to come but worth the wait would recommend these sandals well worth buying

O loved the dress sadly too tight across shoulders very pretty colours but material not as expected .

I ordered a dress which arrived late and the quality of the material and manufacture were extremely poor. They also sent the wrong size. I requested a refund and was offered an exchange or 10% refund. They said I could keep the dress and give it to someone else! I confirmed that I wanted a full refund and then heard nothing. I've now raised a dispute with my credit card team.

I thought they would arrive a lot sooner than they did seeing that they were supposed to be coming from the uk!!!!

It was a replacement dress for one that is too big . It’s much better but I ended up paying £40 for it so not worth that !
The original dress was £29.99 I asked for an exchange but they said keep it and choose another dress and £9.99 postage which I did but now feel stupid as although the new dress is nice as I say it’s not worth it .

BUYER BEWARE - This is not a UK based clothing company but rather a front for a China based factory. It has a reputation for producing cheap, nasty, mostly polyester copies of legitimate designs, I am guessing, as what is delivered is no where near the quality they advertise. They make it so impossible to return and receive refunds, buyers get fed up and walk away. Their prices are not rock bottom either. They even encourage more buying while you await delivery by emailing sale incentives off your next purchase.

All was easy with my experience. The dress is right up my street. They use influencers to promote their things, which is how I saw this dress. Seeing a dress on a person who's moving about is so much better than a photo. I would suggest showing those videos on your item listings but maybe you do already, I can't remember.
It took 10 days to be delivered.

Ordered these sandals not really expecting them to be so comfortable. Delighted with the fit & comfort & able to wear them all day. Speedy delivery was welcome. Thank you.

18/08/2025. I have not received my order and they are unable to tell me when and if it will arrive as it is so called “in transit from China or possibly being held up at customs”. It is well past the stated delivery period of 5-10 working days. (I ordered it on 04/08/2025). I have contacted them, via email, three times since realising their was an issue, and each reply has been a standard, probably AI generated, reply not addressing any of my concerns and restating that it is either in transit or being held up at customs. This is an excuse on loop play that they can use indefinitely. I’ve received this review request before receiving my item which means their systems show I should have received my item by now.

I was fearing it was a scam but now I’m certain. Paid over £30 for my item and will never see it or my money again!

I am quite happy with the sandals, but they do seem a bit small I ordered a 6 but my feet only just fit them, I haven’t sent them back because I feel like I waited a long time for them and I need them for when I go on holiday.
