Utterly disappointed with quality of the dress bought. The material is like plastic not the same as advertised. This company is not in UK and returns are impossible. Something should be done about this issue

Dress came quite quickly & fits well. I did order a larger size to make sure it fitted.
Quite mid calf length & very thick cotton material ( not quite denim). Short sleeves and two pockets on front. Very flattering style. Dark green

I saw these shoes advertised on social media and the reviews i read were amazing so decided to try for myself. They are incredibly comfortable which is exactly what i need as i have Arthritis, Mortans Nuroma as well as very painful bunions. Thankyou for a prompt service Karen

Very disappointed. Item received did not match the item shown on website. The materials used are very poor quality compared with what was shown and they were advertised as being from a different company. When I requested a refund for the item I was told it is £25 minimum to return to their china warehouse. This is stated on the website in small print which unfortunately didn’t read. I would not recommend buying from this company.

The dresses were not as described they were awful cheap and so not look like advertised.
Asked for return and refund but they kept offering percentage off 5 times back and forth.

What a terrible company, name & picture of shop looks like it’s in uk or even from Manchester!!!
The dress l ordered was worse then a overall & comes from China ,
Wanted to send back but they made it very difficult & said shipping would be about £25
Was offered 10% back & keep - said no - then offered 20% then 30%
I just gave in & put down to a very bad experience they basically had £44 of my money -
They must be making soooo much money from people like me , it’s a shame l had to do one star !! & taught me a lesson to look up company first & reviews

When my dress finally arrived it was nothing like the picture. It was so badly made I could not wear it. When I contacted the company they said basically that I could keep the dress and get a 10% refund or pay 9.95 euros for an alternative replacement. This is definitely a scam company. I paid £29.95 and I ordered the very same dress from Temu for £13.00 which arrived in a third of the time and was beautifully made. BEWARE !!!

One star is too much! Returns Policy - I've written and re-written my review, and then gave up - never in my life! Emails back and forth, they quite obviously are not prepared to lose the sale. They advertise on fB, they can keep their offer, and I will now go outside and drop the awful garment in the waste - lesson learnt.

Love the feel of the material and the way the dress fits so much so I've bought another, just a different pattern material.

It was a very long wait to receive a cheap thin dress, not like on the videos they advertised. Very bad quality and you will not be able to return.
Completely waist of money. Do yourself a favor do not buy.

After a long wait, I received my sandals. They looked nothing like they did on the website. Made from cheap plastic, and looked awful. Do not buy from this compsny.

If I could give less than 1star I would Shockingly Chinese company nowhere near Manchester. The do not use Royal Mail, product not fit for purpose. Thin material, shapeless sack. DO NOT PURCHASE, total waste of money. Went into re-cycling immediately. SCAMMERS! BEWARE please

Firstly they are not a Manchester Company they are based in CHINA. sandals are shoddilly made from plastic not leather and fit is appalling. No acceptable returns policy - return to China and refund ony paid on receipt of goods. I do not believe this will happen so not returned, cost more than sandals worth. Wish I had read these comments before making this purchase. Should not be allowed to continue scamming people in this way.

This is a scam company which states it is based in uk but ships/returns to, china. Uses trust pilot logo and 5 star rating on its website-which is dishonest and misleading. Goods shoddy. Full refunds not possible as buyer must pay to ship goods back to China.

Totally misleading advertising. Beware as the products take much longer than advertised and are very costly to return as they come from China!
In fairness the customer service response via email is good however their preference is to offer a 10% refund and you keep the product - a very expensive mistake on my part!!
