Milford Manchester 

I ordered two dresses from this Manchester company. What a joke this china based company is. Arrived today shocking poor quality for the £50 I spent.
I will be returning for a refund

The jumpsuit is lovely but the size is not too accurate

This is not a Manchester, or even a UK based company.
The dress I ordered came from China, took ages to arrive, was of poor quality and was way bigger than the size it was sold as.
Trying to get a refund was impossible they came back with excuse after excuse. I wish I had never placed the order!

Very long wait and was not aware that this company ship direct from China. The products do not look like those advertised and are really cheap quality. I don't know how they do that but it really is misrepresentation. I know now that returns will be expensive and I might never get my money back. I will have to swallow the disappointment and keep goods that I will never wear and probably won't even be able to give them away - apart from taking them to a charity shop. I am so annoyed with myself for trusting this company!

I wish I had checked reviews before buying! As others have said this is a company based in China not Manchester. The sandals I ordered were nothing like the picture - cheap plastic and no orthopaedic aspect to them at all..just a pair of flat sandals. Not worth returning as it apparently costs £25 and that is what I paid for them.

If I could leave no star I would. Item sent was definitely not as described but they won't give you a refund and you have to return items to China. Whole set up designed to mislead and they should be closed down!

I too cannot believe I’ve been scammed by this company.At the end of July I ordered a dress for a special occasion and on the picture it looked perfect,a floaty black material with goody pattern.The picture looked as if it had a black underskirt to cover your bottom half.When it arrived,I can only describe it as a dishrag.It came in a paper envelope all screwed up,it’s so see through,it’s best described as a long piece of fabric folded in half to put your head through.This isn’t my worst problem,I then received another one,followed some days later with two more!!On receipt of my Credit card statement,I then see that they have charged me for Four dresses.After several Emails,there is no phone No listed,They have offered me a full refund if I post them back TO CHINA,they estimate the cost to be £25.00 and will only refund when they have proof that they have arrived back at the factory,which I know will never be!!I read many glowing reviews before ordering and felt convinced that they were a British company by the picture of a pretty little boutique shop on there website.I am now going to approach my Credit card company to see if they can help but pleased be warned about these scammers!!

My experience is like many others. Poor quality. Give you the imoression they are based in the U.K. I’m out of pocket by £700. Items not as pictured or described. I’m now taking this to the financial ombudsman as credit card company can’t take it any further

Do not buy from this company they are a complete fraud . I bought a dress thinking it was from Manchester (I really ) should have realised it was form China . It is absolutely a piece of rubbish . The style the fit the colour every thing about it is awful . Can I get back a full refund like it says in their advertising No chance . I have to put this down to bad judgement on my behalf

The constant chats via emails help keep me up to date. The whole experience was
very professional and the product exactly as advertised

Dress fits fine colours not as prominent as the pics on fb . Other than that very comfy .

Ordered shoes for my wife on 16th August. Still waiting for them.
I thought these where coming from Manchester. I.E Milford of Manchester. In fact they are coming from China.
Please always Google these companies before ordering anything from them.

They are refusing to refund me only offering me 10% at this point there website states 100% refund guarantee !!
I am contacting my cars provider to take this further!!

When my shoes arrived, they were a shoddy, cheaply made, non-‘orthopaedic’ copy of the shoes pictured in the advert. I had to settle for a puny partial refund because I was told the return - to China - would cost so much (£25).
The only thing this company does well is reply promptly to emails.
Recently, in spite of a long email correspondence of complaint, they had the cheek to send me an email encouraging me to buy something else!! No way.

The product I ordered was not as stated on the website and is poor quality - the 100% refund policy is not true and you cannot return the item or exchange without spending more money for shipping costs to Asia !! No where near Manchester so I’m £35.99 down and left with a dress too big and unwearable

Avoid this company at all costs. WishI had read the reviews before ordering as now I see so many saying the same. I ordered 2 dresses at cost of £50. Shocking quality and size was incorrect so were too big. Asked for refunds policy and was offered discount instead and keep the items. Repeated request for refunds policy few times and was offered more discount and keep the dresses. Eventually told of refunds policy, which would have been too expensive and complicated, so in the end I accepted £15 refund and kept the dresses. These have now gone to charity. Their website is deceiving, showing a corner store and calling it Milford Manchester when it’s in China. Most likely a sweat shop. Worst experience ever had. Should not be allowed to trade.

This company is a sham. I realised I ordered incorrect sandals within 10 minutes of paying for them and emailed accordingly and was told that unless I cancelled within 5 minutes of ordering they cannot cancel my order. What's more I have to repay shipping costs. I am FURIOUS. They pertain to be in Manchester in the UK - it's rubbish, they re in China. I cannot believe I've fallen for such a lot of tripe. I'm a journalist and since telling them that they've changed their name on FACEBOOK. Unbelievable and very, very frustrating.

They make it look like they’re based in Manchester (even show photos of a Manchester shop), but they’re actually in China. Products are poor quality and nothing like the photos. Delivery took almost 14 days, and now they want to charge £25 just to return items that don’t match the standard advertised.

Honestly – don’t waste your money. Don’t even go there.

Milford Manchester is a Chinese Company! The dress I ordered is shapeless, 95%polyester and looks like a sack. Cheap and shoddy doesn't cover it. This is a sham outfit and should be shut down.
Do not purchase anything from them! You will not be able to return anything (unless you want to pay £25)
