We ordered two dresses they took 10 days to arrive, terrible quality nothing like the advert! We returned them to CHINA!!!! Which cost £25 still no refund 10 weeks later! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

If I could give zero stars I would! Took 2 weeks to get to me and was a really poor quality dress thin fabric and badly sewn. I asked to return the dress and no response from them after nearly two weeks. Defo do not order from them they don’t accept returns and if you read delivery return section they say it will cost you £25 to return it to china as guess what not in Manchester!

Fell for this one but won’t again

Upset when found I was dealing with Chinese company. I should have read Trustpilot first. Advert very beguiling. I ordered two sizes of tummy coverage dress. One fitted well but I wanted a refund for the other . I was offered a swop for alternative and to keep other one. But they wanted £9.99 for post which I refused. Still trying to get refund. Not looking good. I do not recommend them.

Partner bought a dress look great on model took ages to come and when it arrived WELL what can I say !!! The only thing right was the colour!! Biggest load of crap 💩 ever seen!! Sewn up by a 3 year old every bit was not lined up zipper was out of line !! Only thing any good was the bag it came in !!! Please don’t buy anything from this site !!!!!

AWFUL, STEER CLEAR.
They are based in china, poor quality items, cheap fabrics, when you want to return they offer 10%,20% etc. eventually after many contacts they agreed a refund if I pay extortionate costs to return to china despite address on parcel being in UK. Awful communication and a real con.

I also thought I was ordering from Manchester but it took weeks and weeks to come when I finally realised it was China. The dress arrived cheap fabric, miles too big, absolutely horrible. I insisted on returning, I paid the postage tracked, sent them copies of all postage documents back in July. Just chased today but funnily enough email address isn’t in action, no way of contacting them. I can’t believe I allowed myself to be scammed like this. I shall just report fraud to my credit card company. The worst dress I have ever seen! Eve Le Maire

Do not order from this company. I ordered a dress for over £30. It arrived and was poor quality and far too large for me. The sizing was completely off. I asked to return it and was offered discounts to keep it. I insisted on returning it for a full refund but was told I had to send it to China and it had to be registered or they would not refund money. Naturally that would have cost a lot so I took the discount and was refunded 30%. A total scam.

Thought I was purchasing from UK company. Eventually found items were being dispatched from China. Cheap materials bad fit only place for it is rubbish bin. Would advise anyone looking at this sight to avoid. Total waste of money. Took weeks to arrive. Cheek to offer 20% discount on next order. Ha fat chance.

Received a dress I ordered that was awful. After about 4 emails they eventually gave me an address on CHINA to return. I returned the item paying £10 on top of the 30 for the dress. PayPal are hotels hopeless!!! After numerous messages. Proof of return etc. They still won't return my money!!! NEVER AGAIN. Use a bank card. At least the bank will help. PayPal seriously disappointed with your service!!!

I ordered a dress from a company i believed was in Manchester....its not its China! The fit of the dress is nothing compared to how it is shown. I have contacted them by email for a refund/return and have heard absolutely nothing. My advice DO NOT use this company.

I would not give them even one star, because they don't appear to exist.
They took my money for a pair of sandels.
Shoes never arrived and they told me the courier had an incomplete address (their fault) and I'd have to chase down the order at their courier's depot.
Return emails to their two separate emails bounced and not existing.

Very very average service. Would not recommend

Doesn’t even warrant 1 star…totally disgusted with product …material is so bad …workmanship my grandaughter would put them to shame and she is 6 please don’t waste your money on this site it’s appalling…also seen dresses on Facebook under another name please avoid

Ordered three dresses now and loved them all, good quality material, well made, came well packaged and didn’t take too long to arrive, kept updated on all orders would recommend

Do not buy from this company. The shoes I bought were not as I expected and I returned them on principle rather than accept a proportion of the money I had spent. To China! Eight weeks later my parcel has been returned for no apparent reason. No further recourse to a refund.

Do not buy from this firm. Stupidly, I did not read the reviews before in early July I ordered, and paid for, two pairs of shoes from this firm. They did not fit, I wanted a refund. 14 emails later, an offer of a 30% refund I eventually was able to return the items to CHINA. Since then, nothing. No acknowledgement of the tracking, or receipt of the items, and certainly no refund. Today, 5 Sept a promotional email offering me 25% off my next purchase. I think not.

Having waited for 3 weeks my order finally arrived. The dress was absolutely not the same as advertised and the material was poor quality, no inner labels or washing instructions. I can honestly say I was shocked at the shabbiness of the “Cassie Elegant Striped Dress”. I have as yet had no response to my request for a refund. I wish I had checked Trustpilot before buying.

The dress I received was nothing like the advert, the material was very cheap, when I emailed them they suggested a refund of £2.95, the dress cost £29.95! If I needed to return it, the cost would be £25.00.
After emailing complaining about the service, my email was blocked!

Easy to order and quick delivery. The shoes are so comfortable you don't know you have them on.
