I am now being threatened by this company that if I do not repay them an amount I was reimbursed by barclaycard for items I did not receive, I will be reported for fraud and bailiffs will be involved .
After reading previous reviews how is this so called company still advertising

Ordered a swimming costume from this company which didn't fit me. Had to email the company for there returns policy only to be told that I had 30 days to return it to "CHINA" christ knows how much that would cost and a massive risk of it reaching its destination. After loads of back and forward emailing, they offered me a 10% refund of the £29.99!!!!!!! Utter and complete Robbers!!!!!!!!!

I bought two dresses on Facebook advert page. They looked like a linen feblic on advert video, but the actual products I received were polyester and they didn’t look like or feel like the same dress I had purchased. When I try to return and to get refund, they told me to send the item in China. They said it’s cheaper to keep the item and offered me 30% refund. I think it’s a scam.

Dress ordered and arrived after 10 days. Disgraceful quality and returns policy means paying as much as the item cost. Misleading company - you are not supporting a UK business … they are based in China.

Parcel sits in customs until the tracking stops and then you still don’t get a refund. This is a totally fraudulent operation scamming people out of hard earned money. Trustpilot Star rating on each item of clothing is incorrect. This has been reported to trustpilot and they have done nothing. PayPal will not help

WARNING: Should be no star. Terrible terrible company. Material is so cheap, not what advertised. No label on it either so no info of it origin & safety of material lets alone any wash instructions, this is illegal to sell clothes in the UK without label. Offered 10% refund , a mere £3.49!! Then offered 20% & 30%. Would not pay to return to China for £25. Misleading info. Chased for refunds, I ended up being blocked!!! Also now can’t find them on instagram which it’s where I came across them. Photos used is fake, no such shop. Reported to HMRC trading standards.

My items were so late that I raised concerns with my bank, after contacting Milfords Facebook page and getting no reply. My bank refunded me then the goods finally arrived. They were very poor quality and I wanted to return them, however the Facebook shop had disappeared and the messages were unread.
6wks and I started getting emails to say I've committed fraud. I asked to return the items but they wouldn't accept this and continued to send threatening emails.
Genuinely think this is a scam, wouldn't touch with a barge pole.

Absolutely awful quality. Just shipped in from China. Avoid at all costs!!!!

I would rate zero if possible. Item received bore no resemblance to item advertised and purchased. How do they get away with clearly false advertising?

This company deserves minus stars. Sandals received after two weeks which started alarm bells ringing. They looked nothing like the website, cheap Shoddy material. Offered 10% then 20% then 30% refund instead of sending them back to China. I refused to pay postage to China and they gave me an address in Rotterdam. Surprise, surprise the shoes are stuck in customs now for over 5/6 weeks. Bunch of scammers.

I gave it one star simply because they did reply to my messages .
Please avoid this shonky Chinese company like the plague !
I tried to cancel my order 5 mins after I placed it!
Told nope it was already being processed!
Finally their offer of 10% back and I get to keep the tat that was delivered was upped to 30% and I still get to keep them- lucky me (not )

If I could say no stars I would. Ordered a dress for a wedding, and let's just say what turned up was not what was pictured. I then emailed to say I 100% do not accept that I will pay for return, I've emailed 4 times now and no response - but I have had 2 surveys asking if i'm happy! Absolutely do not, ever, order from these people again. Milford of Manchester are China based - who knew! I wish i'd read reveiws before parting with any money. Most expensive duster i've ever purchased!

Do not buy from this company!. I, like many others believed this was a ligit UK based company. The 2 week delivery time raised alarms and too late I realised my mistake. The items, when they arrived were cheap & nothing like the original advert. When I complained & asked for a refund I was offered 5%, then 10% then 30%. of the total purchase price. Still debating whether to pay the return to China & hope for a refund or just learn from the experience. My research since has shown that there several companies like this trading openly on the web/facebook etc. all with differing names but working to the same M.O. Why our authorities do not take them to task I do not know. They must be making millions.

This is not a UK company. It is in China. Quality of the dress was poor. Really regret purchasing from this company. Returns cost £25 carriage!

I bought a two pairs of sandals in a sale. Within a few weeks the sole split. The company would not refund me as it over two weeks when I noticed the split in the sandals. They are scamming people. Do not buy from these con merchants

Absolute rubbish. Strap on sandals not long enough to go round. Cheap nasty material and too expensive to return

Fabric is really cheap and poorly put together. Certainly not worth the money. It costs £25 to return it to China so will just be going in the bin

It’s a scam. Chinese company posing as a British one. As soon as I placed the order I had a bad feeling about the company’s validity so I emailed them within 15 mins and asked to cancel the order and asked for a refund before the order was processed. They said as it was more than 5 mins since the order was placed it was too late to cancel but I could get a full refund if I returned it when received if I was unhappy with it.
As others have stated the dress fabric is cheap and not sized correctly. When asked to return they refused a full refund unless the item was returned to China which would cost up to £25. Eventually got a refund of 30% and I have a useless dress. I didn’t trust them to refund even if I had posted it at my cost to China.
