Millbry Hill Reviews

Always a pleasure to visit your store as not far away from where we live. My dog Tanya enjoys her food.
Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Not enough shooting clothing, no gents shooting trousers.

I can't rate Millbury hills own "meaty mix"any higher...it's moist, smells nice and most importantly my dogs love it . Their coats are so shiny they both are a picture of health... And it's great value for money. I'd give it 5* every time.
Also the staff are always helpful with any queries, and great advice.

I appreciate being able to ring a local store to check stock and for staff to reserve items ready for pick up. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

Very helpful friendly staff service with a smile every time I go in
Thank you always have what I want

Great selection, good prices with friendly staff

Helpful kind friendly staff

The staff in the stoksley branch are absolutely amazing, they remember me and my dog who pop in most Fridays for a treat. They are so lovely and attentive, I couldn’t praise them more :)

Ordered a Joules womens hoodie which I'd seen full price everywhere & happily found on Millbry Hill on sale at a very reasonable price. Seamless ordering & delivery super quick. More than happy with my experience & would definitely consider using this co/website again.

The staff were excellant. As an 80 yesr old I have some difficulties with heavy items but they were 1st class in helping me to take my purchase to my car and loading it for me.I have to say I have been using this store sinced it opened and the staff have always been outstanding.

Lovely small dog’s bed for my cat. He’s lived outside for nearly ten years, semi stray. His shelter, an old rabbit hutch in my sister’s garden. Now he lives with me; still mostly outside with his hutch shelter, but getting used to comfy beds, one outside that he loved so much, so I found the same bed in a light colour for inside my cottage.

Got what I was after and as usual the staff were lovely

Everything I needed was in stock witha good experience at the checkpoint.

I am still waiting for my order to be delivered, apparently it’s still with Evri with no sign of it being delivered. Not your fault but it needs noting.

The staff are really friendly, the loyalty card discount on the dog food works really well. Wide selection of everything you need for your loved ones.

A lovely clean shop, not as big as Richmond but a very good selection of clothes and some different items to Richmond. A very friendly and helpful member of staff made it even better

Ordered a bale of ryegrass and its super soggy, smells, flies come out of it. Having to jump through hoops to get a replacement so I wont bother again. Asked to send a batch number and photos. which is difficult for me as I can't open the grass completely as I keep it in my house for my guineapig. Avoid buying the yukky ryegrass

Well laid out and good selection of equine and canine supplies . Lovely clothes to have a sneaky peek at . And lady on desk was really friendly and very helpful. Couldn't fault my visit to Thirsk today and its so nice to have someone smile . Thank you
