We were so lucky to find Millers of Wokingham through social media, and we will always be grateful that they were there to care for our gorgeous boy, Charlie Bear, this weekend.

We are truly, truly grateful for their kindness, compassion and care during such a difficult time. Saying goodbye to Charlie was heartbreaking, but they made the process just that little bit easier.

I cannot thank everyone at Millers Pet & Equine Cremations enough for the kindness, compassion and care they showed to my beloved cat, Ozzy, and to us as a family during one of the hardest days of our lives.

From the moment we arrived, they made such a heartbreaking experience feel as peaceful and personal as possible. We were given a private room to spend our final moments with Ozzy, which meant so much to us and gave us the time and privacy to say goodbye properly.

They took beautiful paw prints and nose prints of Ozzy at no additional cost, which are keepsakes I’ll treasure forever. The turnaround was also incredibly quick, meaning I was able to bring my baby home within just a few days.

Every member of the team treated Ozzy with such dignity and respect, and it was clear that they genuinely care about every pet that comes through their doors. I will always be grateful for the love and compassion they showed us. Thank you for helping to give my precious boy the most beautiful farewell.

At such a sad time, the lovely lady at Millers, collected my boy very promptly from the vets and his ashes were ready in 24hours, you can leave the ashes to collect for as long as you like, when your ready. Beautiful setting (it helps) beautifully respected and presented and a few wild flower seeds to sprinkle in his memory.

Despite this being an incredibly upsetting time, Millers made it as easy as they could. They handled the whole situation with great care snd sensitivity and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This is my second time using this service and they're always so helpful, flexible and understanding. Everything was done promptly and with respect. Thank you for taking care of Marlo. He was a truly special guinea pig and meant the world to me. It is appreciated how straightforward the process was, after a rocky past few days.

Lisa was so amazing, the turn around time was in less than 24 hours we were told we could collect our dog. They thought of everything such as complimentary nose & paw print with a snippet of his hair. As a company they work with you and ensure you can talk to them at anytime. I would 100% use them again if I get another pet

Of course, nobody wants to go through such a difficult process, but it is something all pet owners will have to face at some point. Millers, however, made our experience so much easier.

We called the morning of our pet’s passing and they were immediately supportive and empathetic, and able to slot us in for a meeting. The help they provided, and their willingness to listen and give us time to grieve was the best we could have asked for.

The complementary prints and hair were sincerely appreciated and there was absolutely no hassle whatsoever with payment or terms of service.

You couldn’t ask for a better service. Highly recommended.

A lovely presentation of Mikeys ashes. With such compassion and kind words. He’s now buried underneath a tree along with the wild flowers provided by Millers. Thank you so much x

At a really difficult time Lisa showed such compassion, understanding and warmth. She talked us through our options and even suggested they pick our beloved Bosco up from the vets so he wouldn't be alone over the weekend.

These personal touches made a very upsetting situation a little more bearable.

The service Millers offer is everything you would want when you have lost a much loved pet. Lisa was amazing - sympathetic and professional. They offer a collection service as well as the option to drop off and are happy to offer an out of hours, something I think would cover every ones needs

Millers are exceptional. They provided a compassionate and professional service for us when we had to say goodbye to our elderly cat in March.
Lisa and Lucy were so patient and kind in helping us to find the perfect memorial vessel for the ashes. We can wholeheartedly recommend Millers if you sadly find yourself needing a pet cremation service.

My beautiful little boy Teddy passed away yesterday, Lisa at Millers was amazing. At such a difficult time she was compassionate, empathetic and beyond helpful. Teddy was collected straight away and Lisa was in contact with us through the whole sad experience. We got Teddy back today lovingly handed over with such kindness 🙏🏼

Its hard to put into words how amazing millers family are we lost our beautiful boy marley marley and us was shown such love and respect from the moment they arrived to collect marley from our home every step of the way was made so easy for us even came out easter sunday i couldnt of wished or found a better place to look after our boy right up until the momen he came home today thank you so much lisa and family

We would definitely recommend Millers of Wokingham to everyone.
Their service was superb when our dog passed away. This occurred on a Sunday and we were so pleased to find Millers as they were open and we could take her that evening. Lisa was kindness itself and made a very traumatic experience much easier to cope with.
We were able to choose from lovely caskets and urns but the best part was we could collect her ashes, along with paw and nose prints plus some hair clippings in a little viall (with a heart) the next day. Thank you so much!

I’ve used another business before, but I have to say somebody recommended Millers to me and from the moment they answered the phone to the moment I picked up the ashes ,I can honestly say I was treated with love and care and they showed our gorgeous fur baby nothing but dignity and respect. When they rang me to let me know they had collected him they never mentioned money just that they’ve collected him and he was in their care .I obviously was worried about the financial side but upon reflection they were one of the most reasonable businesses around. I know in the future I’m going to have to call upon their services again unfortunately, but they will be my first port of call . I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done.

​Losing our beloved cat Maisie was devastating, but Millers made an unbearable time just a little easier to bear. The care and respect they showed — not just for Maisie, but for what we were going through — was truly remarkable. They handled everything with such compassion and understanding. I contacted Millers late afternoon, and they booked a same day appointment for me to bring my beloved dog in for cremation. They set her up beautifully in a private room to allow me time to say goodbye. My dog was cremated the same day and I got her ashes back in under 48 hours. They are so accommodating to what your wishes are and go above and beyond for you. They gave me a sense of peace which is really needed in
this difficult time.
Unlike most pet cremation services Millers don't charge extortionate prices for items to home your pets ashes, I actually paid half the price in comparison to other companies, and even still Millers advised me where I could buy items privately. They care and that's what you need. They work 24/7 and don't charge extra for bank holidays or out of hours.
I would recommend them 1000 times over, they honestly made this difficult time easier.

I can not recommend Millers farm more highly.
Our beautiful Labrador Rusty passed away unexpectedly on a Tuesday evening.
The vets kindly recommended a few options. I checked all their websites and Millers farm was the most local and I just had a good feeling.
The vets and Lisa spoke directly on the Wednesday, so I didn’t have to do anything. Without hesitation Lisa collected Rusty from the vets the same day and informed us she had him.
By Friday he was ready to return home.
As devastating as it was, this process with Lisa was effortless.
We choose a beautiful wooden photo box for Rusty, included was a certificate to prove he was cremated on his own and a little bag of ‘forget me not’ seeds. A very kind beautiful gesture.

I will never forget the kindness and consideration Lisa showed us. Saying goodbye to Bless was the toughest and most heartbreaking time for us, Millers of Wokingham managed to make it a beautiful and healing experience also.
