Sadly I lost my beloved dog Luther at 2am in the morning. He had been ill with a heart condition for some time but went downhill so suddenly that he passed at home rather than at the vets. I was amazed to find Millers of Wokingham had a 24hr service and were literally 15 minutes away. I hesitated to call, I couldn’t believe they would be available at that time of the morning. I needn’t have worried, Lisa answered the call and though I had clearly woken her up she was so very kind and reassuring that this was what they do and nothing was too much trouble.
I took my boy straight there and felt relieved he was being cared for in a lovely environment rather than having to try to decide where was the best place to keep him at home until somewhere opened. The service from start to finish was simply perfect. I couldn’t have asked for more. My boy was looked after and every step was carefully followed as I wanted. I could not recommend this company more. What a beautifully put together service, please do not hesitate to use this wonderful business.

We unexpectedly lost our pet snake late at night, and we didn't know what to do. Thankfully we found Millers of Wokingham which were open and ready to help, showing genuine compassion and care. They treated our snake with the same respect and empathy you’d hope for any beloved pet, which meant so much to us. We received his ashes the following day in a lovely box along with a certificate and forget-me-not seeds. Their kindness brought real comfort during a very difficult moment.

Lisa made the whole experience of dealing with the loss of our 15yr old cat Jasper so much easier, nothing was too much trouble. Everything was completed in a very short time scale and we were kept updated every step of the way. The service provided was fantastic and Lisa is a wonderful person and so easy to deal with. Lisa was compassionate and empathic. Made us feel like our girl was special. Nothing clinical just a beautiful place to be. Highly recommend Millers very happy and felt completely comfortable. The paw print and forget me knot seeds were a lovely touch. I liked the idea that Millers is a family business. Lisa kept up fully informed. She rang to say our girl was with her which gave us comfort knowing she wasn’t in the vets all weekend

Truly fantastic service from start to finish. Responded within a couple of hours of our call on a Sunday morning and first class from then on. Kind, caring and patient throughout. In a difficult time for the family Lisa was perfect in every way. Very highly recommended!

The team at Millers are honestly just fantastic. The kindest most understanding people. They handled the transportation and cremation of my beloved pony of 23 years and I really couldn’t have asked for more. I am so deeply thankful and would highly recommend them.

I lost my little chihuahua to a tumor, it broke my heart and millers picked him up straight away and looked after him until he was cremated later that day. I got a call the following morning saying he was ready to go home. What an amazing place and the service couldn’t have been any more perfect. They looked after my little boy and me. Highly recommend this wonderful pet crematorium.

The day of loosing our Alpaca was an extremely difficult time trying to find a place to take him for cremation, having received many declines over the phone, these answered with a lovley manner and no negativity, there was nothing they would not do to help. When we arrived with our alpaca they had all the time in the world, respectively took him from us and sorted him, sadly we could not collect him for a good month or so as we were very busy but we arranged collection and the whole experience was loving respectful and calm. Lisa was amazing and the cost was affordable. It is clear the animals matter to this family run business and not profit first. Thank you for all you did. We have hour details now and did not know you existed. Again thank you

We lost Mr Binks and Lola within 3 months of each other. Lisa was great in organising the collection of both from the vets and she was very considerate with us giving us time to adjust to our loss and there was no pressure on us to collect the ashes which were very well presented I can not thank them enough for all their help.

I cannot thank Lisa and Richard enough . Lisa was just so brilliant very professional and looked after me while I was grieving for my Beautiful Maya. And the service was done beautifully and I had my Mayas ashes back within 48 hours as promised. So thank you.

We recently said goodbye to our beloved Westie. Through the whole painful process, Lisa was empathetic and considerate. She did what she said she was going to do - punctually. We are very greatful for the way Millers handled our loss. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

This is the first time I have used Millars of Wokingham and was very pleased with everything, especially with it being a very sad time. From Lisa picking up my fur baby on the same day to our phone call explaining the process etc. Lisa was very empathetic and kind and helpful. I have had Richard come out to two of our unfortunate losses of ponies at my retirement livery. Both times he couldn’t have been more professional, he was patient whilst we plaited one’s mane and allowed their owner to say goodbye. Always welcoming and friendly despite the ungodly hour. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him, and will use him again when the time unfortunately comes again.
