Gets worse every year
My company uses this. Constantly glitches out and every time they make an update, the software gets harder to use, has even more glitches, takes longer to find the info you need, and they provide zero help to mitigate the new issues created. Practically unusable for efficient scheduling needs. 0/10

It’s because of the amazing serving provided by my software onboarding rep, that I’ve decided to do this review. He was truly a gem to work with!! The reason I switched to MINDBODY is because there are so many other software that do most of the things I need but they didn’t have a waitlist function and I needed that. I used to use MINDBODY a long time ago in 2017 for a few years with a different business and decided I would go back recently. Once I found out they had a waitlist. So excited!

Expensive. The AI tools aren’t worth the money. The basic package is a glorified overpriced calendar without features that are actually basic for a small business. Terrible experience.

Real support for complex system
Setting up our client profiles and scheduling tiers on Mindbody was a brutal headache, to be fair. But Bianca from customer support stayed incredibly patient over email and hammered out every workflow issue we hit with the Attentive integration. The desktop UI still feels cluttered during peak hours, honestly. But having a direct rep who actually knows the software and fixes things immediately keeps our front desk from melting down.

We had a great experience with Mindbody training. The training was helpful, clear, and easy to follow, and it gave us a much better understanding of how to use the system for scheduling, client management, payments, and daily business operations. The trainer was knowledgeable, patient, and answered our questions in a way that made the platform feel less overwhelming.
Mindbody has a lot of tools, and the training helped us feel more confident getting everything set up correctly and using the software more efficiently.
