Excellent onboarding
Both Shay Da Silva and Kevin Campos have been exceptional throughout. Patient, understanding, measured in their communication and confident in their advice and knowledge of the system.
Kevin really helped to manage a stressful situation and in the end, quickly deliver a fully tested and working solution.

They signed us up in Booker when we Asked for Mindbody
I thought I was signing up for Mindbody, why are we on booker. Bookers site seems very low quality and is very hard to navigate and to book appointments.

The support and education is great
The support and education is great. There were a couple piece in the software that caused some difficulties like uploading photos but I was able to let Juan know and he fixed it right away for me
