honestly seems like a nightmare
honestly seems like a nightmare, I was sold on it was manageable, stress free…first off the women who sets the orientation is a joke. Helpless and waisted my time 3 times. It’s 2026 why am I having orientation w a person who’s unhelpful just to share her screen and show me tabs I ALREADY SEEN. I don’t know if getting this is a good idea, can I speak to someone I think i’d like to cancel this software it’s not what I imagined.

The software is amazing and has lots of good functions and capabilities. The on board was not great. It takes 4 weeks, it says its for them to do things in the backend, but I was doing most of it and waiting.

The marketing team was helpful
The marketing team was much more informed and helpful than the 'onboarding' team. Once I got passed the first bumps in the road of working with Mindbody, it has definitely smoothed out.
The last rep really took the time to listen to my questions and support me where I needed it.
(The first ones seemed like they were going through a required checklist even if it didn't apply to me.)
Looking forward to seeing if Mindbody supports my business the way I'm hoping. I'm much more hopeful now then I was at the start. If you've signed up and you're frustrated, just stick with it until you make it through the entire beginning process. It gets better.
