Could be better
Was really looking forward to the plug plants but after re-potting on receipt 3 out of 6 plants died within days

Present went under the tree for 2 days so bit sad when opened. 3 plants ok but one may not make it. Notice on outside to say living plants might be useful. Daughter in law happy with present

I have not received my Minicrops…
I have not received my Minicrops unfortunately as the person delivering them arrive and gave me a piece of cardboard with my name and address on!! I presume that he had left the Minicrops on the garage as there were large clear instructions on the email sent to me to do that!
Where are my Minicrops now as they were for my daughter as part of her Christmas present.
Could you please rectify this ASAP. Thank you. Jan Raper

Hi Jan,
Terribly sorry about that but something has clearly happened with DPD on the delivery side - we were completely unaware of this and this was out of our control. We're of course not in the business of sending out pieces of cardboard with no plants!
When we reopen I'll ensure you receive a full refund. It's a shame you won't have anything for your daughter too and a one star review isn't exactly a great xmas gift for us. Not very happy with DPD.

Not sure the echinacea or purple basil are going to make it, they were very small and slightly wilted, the basil had only 2 surviving stems. Quick service though.

Thank you for your review. Sorry for your experience but this would have been down to DPD. We put no less than 4 labels on each box with instructions to hold a particular way and these clearly haven’t been followed. I’m afraid we can’t do much more than that. Hope you enjoyed the produce nonetheless.

Fantastic product and service
I bought these because they looked fun, and I thought they would brighten up my meals. They arrived well packed, with no damage to the plants. Details on what the plant's were, and how to care for them were also included. I've only had them four days, but they are still looking very healthy. Would definitely recommend!!!
