Poor service twice now they have not arrived

everything was super fresh and excellent quality!! Would buy again and recommend to all my friends and family.

I got mine Monday. Perfect condition. Yesterday I made a salad with a little of each and some tomatoes and spring onions from the garden. Added a bit of goats cheese and it was the tastiest salad ever. All the wonderful fresh flavours, pepper, lemony, mustardy goodness.

I got mine last Friday and I am loving it! From omelettes to saladas it's so fresh and loved the apple blossom eatable flowers!
I will order once a month!

Having never purchased ‘living‘ edible Micro crops before, I was sceptical on whether they would survive 200miles - delighted to say the delivery was not only on time but arrived in pristine condition with a healthy lush growth that remained in excellent condition until all consumed. Some intense & unusual flavours . Will definitely re order .

Received a stunning selection of herbs and apple blossom last week that are well and truly the gift that keeps on giving. 5 days later we are still working our way through these herbs and the pea shoots and nasturtiums still seem to be growing in our fridge!
Cannot wait to order a new selection this week

Just received a stunning sample box from mini crops the herbs were bright and colourful and tasted beautiful pairing them with different dishes, everyone should try, I will be ordering many more boxes soon!!!

I just received my box from MiniCrops and very happy. The plants look fantastic, very full and green and healthy. There’s a few varieties I have not tried before so excited to get cooking. Nice packaging.

Been using MiniCrops for a
Long time now and I have to say they are just magic ! Not only in what they believe in as a company but also their customer service .

Their selection of product is outstanding and really makes you try different flavours and textures . Over the past 2 years I have seen and tried so many of their salads and cress and I’ve never been disappointed !

For any other chefs out their get on it ! You won’t be disappointed ... I never am .

Herb selection arrived well-packed with not even one dent, still chilled and in great health. Upon taste-testing, everything tasted as it should and I loved the minimal and sustainable packaging. Also great customer service, thanks so much!

Very disappointed
Had to phone to get my order processed as it had gone astray. The product was late and when it arrived it was really poor quality. Nothing like the picture. They then did not deliver half my order as it had gone out of stock but did not inform me. I had to call back to get my refund as they did not refund the missing order immediately. When I contacted them they are very arrogant stating their Michelin star restaurants don't complain. They also just blame the courier which is DPD and one of the best. They take no accountability of what you get in the end so beware.

Very disappointed
Bought a tray of 16 different types
Most had barely any shoots in them compared to the big lush tray in the photos.
Most lying out of their cartons
With postage i paid about £20 for something i would possibly pay £2 or £3 for if i'd seen what i was really buying.
Would love to have been able to post a photo to show just how bad it was

Really bad quality of cress , not as expected . Took extremely long to arrive upside down in box . Don't recommend

Lovely herbs but did not last till the sell by date they went a bit yellow even though kept in the fridge drawer.
Postage is expensive and having a minimum spend stops you buying just a couple of packets which is annoying.
Great Quality and choice, will definitely be using again especially if we have a few jobs in a row to make it worthwhile :)

Excellent , delivery and product

We placed an order, it never arrived - I emailed to tell them it never arrived and got no response. The order we placed wasn't expensive but very disappointing all round.
