I completed a blended paediatric course with the in person bit today with Laura from Norfolk. She was amazing, engaging and I feel like I’ve learnt so much from it.

We recently completed a Mini First Aid course with Lynn, and I can't recommend it enough. Having the session in the comfort of our own home was a huge bonus, and it meant our whole family could take part together.

With a new little one in the family, we wanted to feel more confident knowing what to do in an emergency. Lynn was so friendly, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable. She covered a wide range of topics, including CPR, choking, allergic reactions, burns, and when and who to call in an emergency.

She encouraged us to ask as many questions as we wanted, and nothing ever felt rushed. By the end of the course, we all felt much more confident and reassured that we would know how to respond if faced with an emergency.

It's something we hope we never have to use, but we're so glad we invested the time to do it. I would highly recommend this course to any family, especially those with young children.

Clara was fantastic. Not only demonstrating the invaluable material but also adding in her own personal experiences to help make it more real to people who first aid is all new for. She also had to power through a room of noisy babies and did excellently!

Attended one of these sessions with my partner as we're about to become first time parents. Really useful information and just good for peace of mind and reassurance. Nicki was really friendly, welcoming and informative and would definitely recommend for others to attend.

From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Our trainer, **Lell**, was absolutely amazing. I genuinely can't stop singing her praises. She made the session engaging, interactive and easy to understand, taking what can feel like overwhelming information and explaining it in a way that was simple, practical and memorable.

The mums absolutely loved the session. Many of them were first-time mums, and you could really see their confidence grow throughout the training. Lell created such a relaxed and welcoming environment that everyone felt comfortable asking questions and getting involved.

As someone who has completed paediatric first aid training myself, I can honestly say this was one of the best sessions I've attended. Lell was professional, knowledgeable, patient and incredibly passionate about what she does.

I also can't stop singing the praises of the whole Mini First Aid team. They delivered exceptional value for money and provided training that could genuinely save lives. We will definitely be booking with them again, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mini First Aid to any parent, school, nursery or organisation looking for high-quality paediatric first aid training.

A Mini First Aid class is a good way to gets lots of helpful information and gain confidence in dealing with an emergency. Lynn is a lovely person and knows a lot about first aid, the class was very informative and delivered in an inclusive way, all welcome including young babies. Highly recommend attending a class run by Mini First Aid.

I attended a course today with my friend. we are both grandparents and wanted to learn more. Jess was fantastic, very knowledgable, and the class was so relaxing, she didn't make you feel as if you knew nothing. there was chance to do practical work, if you wanted to, but no pressure was put on the group. We both went away having learnt a lot of vital information. Thank you Jess, I will definitely be recommending your class.

This is the second time I have done this course. The first was online during lockdown. We now have 6 grandchildren and I wanted a hands-on refresher. The course covers everything you need for children of all ages and the opportunity to ask as many questions as you like.

Parents and grandparents alike, great practical knowledge and reassurance - even if you have learnt First Aid before, some of the rules have changed. So, get yourself an update. The best £30 you can spend for their safety.

The course covered a lot of ground, led by a very knowledgeable trainer who was very welcoming to grandparents, parents and parents to be. The trainer helped everyone in the group with the practical exercises.

Great delivery, clear and assured instructions and no- nonsense approach.

We are Grandparents to a 3 year old and a 1 year old. They are boys and mischievous, so we thought we needed the knowledge to deal with those little emergencies that comes with Grandparenting our little monkeys. The course covered far more than we anticipated and covered a wider age range, so was brilliant for our growing family. Shout out to Simon who delivered the course, you did a fab job.

Very useful and informative

This was an incredibly useful and informative course. Delivered in a very professional fun and approachable way. I liked the way we were encouraged to 'have a plan' even for things like not being in the same room as your phone. I would recommend this for everyone - thank you
